About this property

237 Beautiful deck view, close to strip and Marina

We recently renovated and remodeled almost our entire condo. Everything is new and clean and waiting for you and your family. We have everything you need including great wi-fi, large patio overlooking the golf course, all necessities, business workspace, board games, coffee bar, Pass to Moonshine Beach in season, smart TV, easy check-in, FREE parking, close to everything! This Fall Creek condo comes with access to some Lake Taneycomo amenities including a community marina, fishing dock, and boat rentals (fee based, ex. $5 per day to fish off the dock). The living area has a beautiful new queen sofa bed with a comfortable 5" memory foam mattress topper, a brand new comfy recliner, swivel chairs, a 65" tv, bluetooth speaker and more. The dining area has a beautiful new table that can seat two, 4 or 6 depending on how you configure it. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and all of the necessary appliances, pots, pans, utensils etc. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed with memory foam toppers, new bedding special outlets for usb chargers. You are gonna love our place! This property is on the second floor and does have stairs to enter and the second bedroom is upstairs in the condo. This is a non smoking condo BUT we cannot control what people do in other condos in the community. There are smokers in the building. We provide an air purifier to keep our condo smelling good but there is always the chance of second hand smoke making it to the condo. IF YOU NEED A SECOND CONDO, WE HAVE ANOTHER 2 BED, 2 BATH CONDO 2 BUILDINGS AWAY.

Our stay at Sunny Days was exceptional! The location was great, the property owners and the manager were excellent and extremely responsive with communication. The condo was clean and cozy. Condo was very clean which is very important to me. Location is great and easy to get to everything in and near Branson. Condo worked well for the 4 of us. Small issue with missing parking passes, but it was quickly resolved. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. Would stay here again.

My wife Stacey, son Josh and I are not a big company or anything like that. We love Branson and wanted to invest in Branson and find a way to help other people enjoy it too. This condo was the answer. This is now our vacation home and maybe sometime our "retirement home." I spend my time running a car dealership and running a leadership training and customer experience training company. Stacey is retired and loves to crochet and do arts and crafts and my son Josh (grownup but invested in our place with us) works for Yelp. We all live in the Denver/Boulder area of Colorado and we have a daughter in North Carolina and a son in Oklahoma. We hope that you love our little place and you come to love Branson too.

We have been vacationing in Fall Creek for over 20 years and wanted to find something in Fall Creek. When this one came available and it was close to the lake and overlooking the golf course, we couldn't pass it up. I love the peaceful feeling I get when I sit on the deck and just enjoy the peace.
