About this property

237 Beautiful deck view, close to strip and Marina

We recently renovated and remodeled almost our entire condo. Everything is new and clean and waiting for you and your family. We have everything you need including great wi-fi, large patio overlooking the golf course, all necessities, business workspace, board games, coffee bar, Pass to Moonshine Beach in season, smart TV, easy check-in, FREE parking, close to everything! This Fall Creek condo comes with access to some Lake Taneycomo amenities including a community marina, fishing dock, and boat rentals (fee based, ex. $5 per day to fish off the dock). The living area has a beautiful new queen sofa bed with a comfortable 5" memory foam mattress topper, a brand new comfy recliner, swivel chairs, a 65" tv, bluetooth speaker and more. The dining area has a beautiful new table that can seat two, 4 or 6 depending on how you configure it. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and all of the necessary appliances, pots, pans, utensils etc. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed with memory foam toppers, new bedding special outlets for usb chargers. You are gonna love our place! This property is on the second floor and does have stairs to enter and the second bedroom is upstairs in the condo. This is a non smoking condo BUT we cannot control what people do in other condos in the community. There are smokers in the building. We provide an air purifier to keep our condo smelling good but there is always the chance of second hand smoke making it to the condo. IF YOU NEED A SECOND CONDO, WE HAVE ANOTHER 2 BED, 2 BATH CONDO 2 BUILDINGS AWAY.

Our stay at Sunny Days was exceptional! The location was great, the property owners and the manager were excellent and extremely responsive with communication. The condo was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to those traveling to Branson for a get-away. We will definitely check the availability here when we plan our next Branson trip.

Delightful Stay

We were delighted to enter and find a clean, beautifully laid out place to stay for our visit to Branson. The furnishings were great--everything we needed for cooking, sleeping and recreation. Our contacts in renting were extremely nice and checked to make sure we were more than satisfied. We will certainly stay here again.

Perfect Place To Stay

David was amazing to work with, very helpful from the time we booked until the time we left. He was always very prompt with all communication, very thoughtful and kind. The place looked just like the pictures, was very clean, and had everything we needed for two couples. We HIGHLY recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Last minute get away

This was a last minute find for us to stay…. It definitely met my expectations. I was easily able to get in touch with both property manager and housekeeper. The only thing I would have changed was that the beds seemed to be a little small. Both beds appeared to be full size. Overall, for the money…. It was a great stay.

Cozy, The 2 main beds were comfortable. Sofa sleeper was, well it was a sofa sleeper. Not so comfortable for 2 grown adults. We were there for just a day. Stairs were difficult for disability.

Perfect Stay Absolutely as Expected

Our stay was exactly what we wanted and expected! We had 4 over 18 & 1 at the age of 10. The rental was perfect. The owners really do an amazing job to make the stay the best they can. The area is quiet and comfortable. Our trip was a shopping trip and it is so nice to have the room of a condo instead of a hotel. Our family would stay here again without any doubt and would recommend it to anyone!

Condo Sweet Condo

The easy to find condo was on second floor with easy access for anyone who can walk a set of stairs. It had a bedroom, bathroom, and open kitchen/dining room/living room on main floor. The second bedroom was on second floor with their own nicely remodeled bathroom. There were plenty supplies in kitchen to cook a meal and games/puzzles for all to play. The relaxing back deck view is open space of neighbor's golf course. The communication with manager/owner was fantastic. They were very prompt. Overall, it is a great place to stay while in Branson, close to the strip, but far enough away to enjoy the outdoors.

Fall Creek Condo

First and foremost, the property was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of cooking utensils and nearby grocery stores which is great if you're like me and don't want to eat out for every meal. The condo was well stocked with coffee, laundry detergent should you need it, and dish detergent. There's two beds, a pull out couch, an air mattress for plenty of sleeping space for families, extra sheets, and extra pillows. The location is only a few minute drive from the main strip in Branson so you're close enough to quickly get to most of the attractions you'd want to visit but far enough away so that there's no excess noise which is great when you have little ones. Communication with the property manager was great and they were quick to answer any questions we had. We looked at a lot of different places to stay before our trip and couldn't be happier with choosing this place. The amenities, quality, and price are better than just about anything else you can find. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This condo unit was spotless!! The beds were comfortable. The condo unit was well stocked with essentials like dishes, towels, laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc. The Keurig was also a nice bonus! My only recommendation would be to have a couple extra blankets/ bedding available. The communication and check-in process was also a breeze. We enjoyed our stay!

My wife Stacey, son Josh and I are not a big company or anything like that. We love Branson and wanted to invest in Branson and find a way to help other people enjoy it too. This condo was the answer. This is now our vacation home and maybe sometime our "retirement home." I spend my time running a car dealership and running a leadership training and customer experience training company. Stacey is retired and loves to crochet and do arts and crafts and my son Josh (grownup but invested in our place with us) works for Yelp. We all live in the Denver/Boulder area of Colorado and we have a daughter in North Carolina and a son in Oklahoma. We hope that you love our little place and you come to love Branson too.

We have been vacationing in Fall Creek for over 20 years and wanted to find something in Fall Creek. When this one came available and it was close to the lake and overlooking the golf course, we couldn't pass it up. I love the peaceful feeling I get when I sit on the deck and just enjoy the peace.
