About this property

You are going to love our little beach retreat in the heart of Branson. We have everything you need including great wi-fi, large patio overlooking the golf course, all necessities, business workspace, board games, coffee bar, KING BED, Pass to Moonshine Beach in season, smart TV, easy check-in, FREE parking, close to everything! This Fall Creek condo comes with access to some Lake Taneycomo amenities including a community marina, fishing dock, and boat rentals (fee based, ex. $5 per day to fish off the dock). This is our vacation home and we want it to provide you with all that you need whether that be some quiet time sitting on the deck, drinking a cup of coffee and watching squirrels and golfers go by, playing board games with your family and reconnecting or a clean place to lay your head while you fish all day and go to shows at night! We have tried to think of it all. Need to work during the day? Enjoy our very strong wi-fi on the deck or sitting at an island inside. My favorite thing to do (it's what I'm doing right now as I type this) is to sit out on the patio in the early evening, drink a cup of coffee and listen to the quiet! Thanks for considering spending some time with us; let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay something you will never forget! Christmas shopping

Mom and I enjoyed our time in Branson getting a jump on our Christmas shopping. The condo location was great, the area was just far enough off the strip to be peacful, and the condo was very comfortable.

Time Well Needed

The property was great. The only thing I’d change is to add a curtain at the doorway that is open to the double vanity in the hallway for privacy.

Nicely appointed and as pictured. We liked the quietness away from the busy traffic. Watch for signs for Building #18. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place!

The condo was everything it was marketed to be and more. Cleanest refrigerator I have ever seen! It is a comfortable place and my MIL couldn’t stop commenting on all the cute decorations! Great place and great host! Highly recommend!

Lovely, relaxing stay!

My husband and I just needed a quiet getaway. This place was a perfect fit -- LOVED that it was a little ways from all the busyness. We enjoyed watching the golfers outside the window. The host was very attentive and the accomodations were complete for our 5-night stay. Branson has a great mix of outdoor activities to enjoy nature and shows galore! Then it was so nice to return to our place to relax!!! We will definitely stay again!

My wife Stacey, son Josh and I are not a big company or anything like that. We love Branson and wanted to invest in Branson and find a way to help other people enjoy it too. This condo was the answer. This is now our vacation home and maybe sometime our "retirement home." I spend my time running a car dealership and running a leadership training and customer experience training company. Stacey is retired and loves to crochet and do arts and crafts and my son Josh (grownup but invested in our place with us) works for Yelp. We all live in the Denver/Boulder area of Colorado and we have a daughter in North Carolina and a son in Oklahoma. We hope that you love our little place and you come to love Branson too.

This condo is SPECIAL! So many wonderful amenities all on one level with NO STEPS! Because it is a corner unit, you also get a huge patio overlooking the beautiful Point Royale Golf course. We include so many of the little things! Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, dish washing soap, laundry detergent, makeup wipes, all cooking utensils, coffee mugs, air purifier, very comfortable beds and pillows, lots of outlets and charging points, bluetooth speaker, discounts on shows and entertainment and so much more.
