Gondola Vista 6 Bedroom Villa


This spacious three-level luxury villa is designed for comfort, privacy, and gathering, making it ideal for families and larger groups. On the first floor, you’ll find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom that share a full bathroom, along with a dedicated entertainment area perfect for relaxing, watching movies, or unwinding after a day on the mountain.

The second floor serves as the main living space and features a stunning primary master king suite with a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom complete with a standalone shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. This level also includes a half bathroom, open-concept living room, dining area, large kitchen with walk-in pantry, and a convenient laundry room. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy the gas grill and outdoor fireplace — perfect for year-round Tahoe evenings.

On the third floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and standalone shower, another king bedroom with a private balcony, and a queen bedroom. The balcony king and queen bedroom share a full bathroom with a standalone shower.

- Pet Policy: Two pets maximum (Pet Fee: $200 per pet). Additional charges will apply if pets are not disclosed prior to arrival.

- 4 Cars Maximum: No Street Parking Allowed

- Maintenance and Snow Removal: Please note that these are vacation rentals and there is no on-site staff at all times. Maintenance and snow removal services are subject to availability Monday through Friday, and any issues reported after hours will be addressed when staff availability permits.

- Amenities & Supplies: Your Villa is stocked with essential items to get you started. For additional items (like paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), we recommend visiting Target nearby.

- No winter sports of any kind permitted on property. Property may be icy, be cautious.

- Additional Cleaning Fee: A $500 fee will be automatically applied if check out instructions are not completed. They will be sent the day before departure. No questions asked – nonrefundable.

- Property Damage Fee: A $1,000 fee will be automatically applied if any property damage has been caused and not brought to our attention. No questions asked – nonrefundable.

Nice home for 10 people. We’ve stayed here before and enjoy coming back. A few small inconveniences that should be fixed, for example remote controls for TV appear to be low on batteries and don’t work well, and garbage disposal button is stuck and doesn’t work.

Pleasant stay

The Villa was a very spacious place to accommodate our family. It was clean and very welcoming. The location was very convenient as it was right next to the Heavenly shopping village. I wish we were able to stay for more than 1 night. Would definitely book again.

This property was absolutely perfect for a larger group! So much space and lots of places to lounge. Quiet neighborhood just steps from Heavenly Village. The only thing that would make this property even better is a hot tub :)

Beautiful property, great location!

We stayed with two other families and thoroughly enjoyed the property! Extremely clean, modern and well equipped for you to just show up. Location is also great, walkable to the shopping, gondalas and very nice restaurants. In the evenings, you are part of a nice, quiet private community. Highly recommended for small groups and families.

We went down for 2 nights with family for the Celebrity Golf Tournament. House is beautiful and has so much room for everyone to be more than comfortable. We plan on going for a longer stay next year. Great location and communication with the property manager was EXCELLENT!!

Another Amazing Tahoe Trip

This is the second time we've stayed at one of the Gondola rentals for our annual friend trip. Beautiful property, walking distance to Stateline. Very easy check-in process, and easy parking options for additional cars. We ran into one of the property managers when checking in, he was very friendly and reassuring about being able to unload our cars. We will definitely hope to stay here again next year!

High end convenience

Overall the property is everything you need and more to enjoy South Lake Tahoe. The home accommodated the 9 of us comfortably. Note there are 3 levels of stairs, so not easy hauling luggage etc. Would have liked more outdoor seating space, very small decks.

Everything was amazing! Perfect distance to all the shops, restaurants, lake and hike! The second time we’ve stayed in this neighborhood and it’s always been great. We would suggest checking the water pressure in all of the bathrooms. It was actually horrible and changing the setting on the shower head made it worse.

Very neat and clean property and nicely decorated. We could use more dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Bathrooms are big and spacious. It would be nice to have safety bars in the shower stalls. So very close to town and heavenly valley. I would rent it again.

Even better than we expected

We had a large group and the house fit all of us perfectly. Upon arriving we were shocked how spacious it was, everything was clean, and smelled fresh. The only additions to make this place even better would be a few more bath towels, Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, and updated cooking pans with different sizes. It was hard to cook with only small sized pans. We loved this trip. Hands down would stay again and recommend it to a friend.
