This property was perfectly equipped for everything we could have needed. House was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans that were new. The campground pool was great and we saw manatees every night. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Casa Seahorse. The check in process was easy, everything was super clean and the campsite around it had everything we needed. We had fun watching the manatees in the canal nearby! Perfect stay! thank you

Great place to stay!

Property was even nicer than as shown in the pictures. Was furnished with about everything you could possibly need. All the residents we met were very friendly. Nice boat ramp for launching our jet ski. Pool was great. Nice basketball and tennis courts. Would definitely say again.

Why they chose this property

The home has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The 1st room has a queen bed and the 2nd room has a full size bed. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. Towels and linens are provided. The outdoor patio has a dining table, lounge area, and plenty of patio seating. The outdoor area is equipped with a BBQ grill, two-burner stove, and outdoor sink.
Calusa Campground offers a pool, boat ramp, tennis court, basketball court, and children's playground. There are two full public bathroom/shower locations within the community, one next to the pool and one in the clubhouse. Laundry areas with washers and dryers are also located in the clubhouse.
- Once you book, we will send you a form which must be completed as soon as possible inorder to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival.
- Check-in time is 3:00-5:00 PM with registration office, unless an earlier or late (after 5:00 PM) check-in has been coordinated with us in advance. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Rules & Regulations instated by the HOA:

**All vehicles and visitors entering the Campground must be register at the office. Only 1 vehicle is authorized per reservation and must to obtain a decal to enter the property. 1 Golf-cart and 1 vessel (boat 25Ft or Jet-ski) per reservation. For 1 extra car, there is a fee of $10 per day and must park to assign area with parking pass.
**$25 one time boat ramp fee
**Upon check in you will be asked for a $250 a refundable credit card hold from the association.This is a regulation required for all guest staying in the community . This is NOT a charge, it is just in case guest causes any damage to community property.
**Required list of names of guests submitted by the owners before arrival. Therefore we will ask for the names of all guests.
