Please be aware that our privacy fence in the back was torn down due to Hurricane Milton. There is no fence in the back yard. We don't have a timeline yet on when this will be rebuilt. Thank you for your understanding.
Also know the driveway is very narrow. If you have a large vehicle, you may need to park at the end of the driveway.
Please note that is unit is small at about 500 square feet.

The main living space is an open style layout and an abundance of natural sunlight. The galley kitchen overlooks the great room. Relax in comfort with a cushy sofa in the living area. Through the kitchen is the Queen suite with an en suite bathroom featuring a small shower. This cottage was recently remodeled and comes completely furnished (including a fully stocked kitchen)with refrigerator, microwave, range. Really cute private patio for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night! Off street parking included.

Whether you’re escaping to the area to soak up Vitamin-Sea, searching for night life and fine cuisine, or looking to kayak along the bay, there is something fun for everyone! 》2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. Please pull in straight and park one car in front of the other. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. Street parking is limited.

》We provide a starter pack with basic household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning products, and soap) Guests will need to need to supply these products once the starter pack runs out.

》Home is not for any types of parties, loud noise and has quite hours 10pm - 8am.

》You're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

》The City of Sarasota has a noise ordinance policy in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
