Great location-

This location is exceptionally convenient, easy and fun to be part of. If I return, it would be in large part, because of this great location. Some routine maintenance items needed attention- lightbulbs, directions for ac, etc. Denise K was consistently attentive and quickly responsive via text. She is in the process of updating some aspects of the building- a good thing. I enjoyed my 2 wks at this location.

Perfect location

The best stays are ones with no surprises. The location is minutes from everything, walkable even if the June weather would have been a bit cooler. Denise is easy to work with and will definitely stay here on my next Sarasota visit.
