We enjoyed our stay! The cabin is in a great location close to area attractions, but far enough out to be quiet and comfortable. The swim spa needs a little care, but we enjoyed having that to use! We would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was the perfect size for our family, and we liked that it had plenty of bathrooms. Our sons really enjoyed the pool table. It is in a convenient location.

Very nice property everything was as described in the property listing Close to everything we wanted to do while visiting with nice roads to and from the property We did need to purchase our own extra blankets. The spa pool was very nice although it did need more chlorine tablets we were not able to find any to add to the floater

Great property for the number of people staying there. Easy to get to but not close to a lot of activity….just right for our agenda. Lots of bathrooms, the theater room was adorable and plenty of things downstairs to keep grandkids occupied. Their favorite spot was the pool….very entertaining! Plenty of linens for all bathrooms but could use some in the kitchen! Hard to clean with a sponge and one dish towel! Would definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation.We loved the cabin and location. It was spacious and comfortable. Especially loved the spa pool and game room with theater. Will consider renting again in the future. Our hostess was very prompt in answering any questions that we had.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The location was great—close to town while still being quiet and private, which we really appreciated!! The house was nice and there was plenty of space for our larger group (6 adults & 5 kids), but there were a few areas that could use some improvement, particularly cleanliness and the availability of kitchen essentials. There weren’t enough plates, silverware, or baking pans for our needs. The pictures show a grill and seating area on the deck that we didn’t have but the stools at the bar were nice. The pictures don’t show a safety gate to the swim spa but that was really nice to have. Also, there are quite a few stairs leading up to the front door, which made bringing in all of our luggage a bit challenging. Just mentioning this in case anyone has difficulties with stairs. The swim spa was very relaxing and our kiddos enjoyed it very much. With a little extra attention to these details, this could be an even better place to stay!

We loved the cabin and Christmas Dinner was so enjoyable while some played games and others helped cook. The cabin was very spacious and just what this growing family needed for the holidays. We will definitely book again with them!

Our family had the best vacation in this beautiful home. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay extra special and were so nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend it and if we come back this way, we will definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at this cabin! It accommodated 6 of us well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious as well as the living room area. We had so much fun in the game/theater room. The best part was the swim spa! The kids had a blast in it and so did we. Location was great too. It’s right near Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay. Thank you to the property manager for an easy check-in process and for answering all my questions!

The hot tub never got above 89 degrees. I tried using the buttons that were suggested when I messaged and I even googled it and followed directions from a video. It just would not heat above 89. It was nice for the heated pool aspect but never got to experience a hot tub like I expected. That was very disappointing for me.

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The location of the property is very convenient to several different activities. The home was clean and spacious. All the games were in working order which my three-year-old loved and is still asking to go back to “vacation house.” Our host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer. Any questions we had, making our stay even more pleasant. Although the gas grill wasn’t available, they had thoughtfully installed a charcoal grill. After a quick trip to Walmart, we were back to enjoying home-cooked meals, which is a cost saving advantage for our family. The evenings were particularly charming with the crisp air, making it the perfect time to gather around the gas outdoor fire area for some delicious s’mores. We also enjoyed the warm spa pool, which added to the relaxation enjoyment of our stay. Overall, it was a memorable vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great cabin! Highly recommend it!

We LOVED staying at this cabin. It was new, it was clean and it was easy to get to! No scary mountain road to drive up was a big plug for my wife. We had plenty of towels, the house was extremely clean, the amenities were great and exactly what was shown in the photos. The rooms were perfect for us, another adult couple and 3 older teens. The area is beautiful and the exit from Dollywood is literally just down the road. There was no issue getting into our out of the area, and it is close to everything we needed. We owned and rented vacation homes for 10+ years and this one is done right. We had an opportunity to contact the owner and her replies were courteous and immediate. All of us enjoyed our stay and have absolutely nothing negative to report. This one is a winner!

Our family of 11 stayed here for 5 days. While the house is advertised to sleep up to 15 people, it was not equipped to comfortably accommodate even our group.The biggest issue was the lack of basic kitchen supplies. There was only one wine glass, not enough silverware or dishes for everyone, only one measuring cup, no wine or bottle opener, just a few drops of dish soap, and no extra paper towels. Cooking meals for a large group was frustrating. The oven was also very dirty, and the temperature was noticeably inaccurate.The cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. It was obvious the floors had not been mopped in a while and had not been swept under the beds, the pool was dirty, and the chlorine dispenser was empty.The bunk bed was missing bolts and wobbled, which raised safety concerns so it couldn’t be slept on. Several lamps were also loose and wobbly with some not in working order.The furnishings left a lot to be desired. The couch cushions slid off every time someone sat down, the dining table only sat about eight people with the chairs being small, cold, metal chairs that were small and uncomfortable. The wobbly table was quite slanted with cardboard pieces trying to level it out. Towels were thin, no tissues (Kleenex), and the supply of trash bags was both limited and were so thin and tore easily.Overall, the house has potential, but it is not stocked or maintained anywhere close to the level expected for a property advertised to sleep 15 guests.

Great location….nicely updated

Stayed 5 nights in July 2023. Plenty of room for big family. Clean and updated decor. Large size beds. Bonus visitors to a backyard fruit tree included a deer and a black bear. Great proximity to attractions, but still away from commercial district and in a wooded setting. We’re disappointed seat jets in hot tub were not working. One of the Hot tub styrofoam covers was busted and water logged. It took two strong men to pull it off of the tub. Clock and some night stand lights were battery operated and batteries were dead. Ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Had to buy our own. No explanation how to turn on porch lights out front and couldn’t see coming up stairs at night until we figured out the switch is down stairs in bedroom. Lower level door was unlocked upon arrival, so it was confusing initially how to enter the home until after we got inside. Hot water heater too small for that many people. Two showers and no hot water after that. That being said, I would book this unit again due to great location, cleanliness, and updated features. But would inquire as to the hot tub being fixed and if water heater size has been increased. Overall a very nice accommodation.
