Located in Incline Village’s fabulous Mill Creek, you’re minutes from the famous Lakeshore Walking path (0.25 miles), The Hyatt Regency Spa and Casino (0.5 miles), Incline’s Ski Beach (0.7 miles), and Tahoe East Shore Trail (0.75 miles). And just a five-minute drive to skiing at Diamond Peak! The 3 bedroom/2 bath house has a new hot tub and deck, new floors & appliances, a fireplace, a 65-inch TV, and Wifi. Permit: WSTR22-0182
