Includes: Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Hot tub, Indoor Sauna and Steam room, Gym access, Tennis Court, Spa, Mario's Bistro Restaurant, Beach Access- Beachfront, Balcony, Wifi, Gated Parking, 24-hour Security, Washer/dryer, TV, Full Kitchen, and Air conditioning. Air mattress available on request.

Nice stay
Overall everything was acceptable, the unit is spacious and the complex is wonderful. The unit could do with some updating and the furniture is a little tired but not enough to impact our trip negatively. Savannah was very responsive and took care of any problems that came up in a very prompt fashion.

Great place with all the amenities
We loved everything about the condo, the complex and the neighborhood.
The condo: As pictured. very spacious and great sunset views from the corner balcony. I thought I saw a sofa bed in listing but I didn't think I saw one in condo. Everything is there that is needed for kitchen, laundry etc. 4th floor corner unit. Savannah was our host and communication was excellent. Very happy with the unit.
Complex: Great! well maintained grounds, awesome infinity pool, lap pool, wonderful secluded beach. The staff are very friendly. This one of the best complexes on the island
Neighborhood: Mullet Bay beach walkable with sidewalks. Small grocery store steps away including coffee, smoothie bar. There is an area on Jordan Road that is a 12 minute walk away. No sidewalks but easy walk. There is a larger grocery store, restaurants that have good food and drinks, coffee shop for fresh baguettes, pastries and sandwiches.
Transportation: If not renting a car, I would call Front desk to arrange taxis. I'm not sure if they can arrange airport pickup but the website rates are very high. We paid $60-75 arriving but paid $15 to return from regular taxi. They all have pretty nice vehicles. No Uber
