The Cliffs have the best views on the island. The amenities are impeccable. The communication with the host was very easy. Looking forward to rebooking when we have a need for a three bedroom . From having coffee in the morning to drinks at sunset the patios were great

Wonderful stay in St Martin

My group has visited St Martin for the last 5 years, and this is the nicest place we've found. This unit is beautiful, it had everything we needed, and the kitchen was fully equipped. What a great place to relax in between beaches and surfing and scuba.

Fantastic stay at the beautiful apartment at The Cliff. Every morning we woke up to the crystal clear turquoise sea visible from the balcony and windows. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen, three full bathrooms and an half bath, good Wi-Fi and smart TVs too. The resort is lovely with an amazing pool and beach access.

Loved every minute. Unit was gorgeous. Beach was nice but set on a somewhat steep incline which made it challenging to access. Having a restaurant at the complex was a bonus and the food was very good. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had.
One of the many sunsets we saw during our stay

Great view and a very nice apartment. Everything looks new and well maintained, except the air conditioning, which is very loud and doesn’t feel consistent with the otherwise updated system. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. There is beach access, but it is very challenging due to the rocky terrain and really only suitable for sporty or adventurous guests who just want to swim. There is no sandy area to relax on, so you have to climb back up to the pool area. The pool itself is nice and enjoyable.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the unit. Cupecoy Beach which is right in front of The Cliff changes from season to season. There is always a beach but the size can vary. Two weeks after your stay, the beach is now quite large again with easy access and lots of space for beach chairs. Thanks for your stay.

Absolute Perfection!

Our family had an incredible stay at this condo — it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how comfortable and thoughtfully designed the space was. The furniture was comfortable and modern, and every detail felt intentional and high-quality. It was perfect for our family. But the real showstopper? The view. Absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the views from the balcony were fantastic. The views from the infinity pool were also a highlight. Photos don’t do it justice.Another major bonus was the location — just a short walk to a variety of fantastic restaurants, Mullet Bay beach and a small market for groceries. We also enjoyed the small beach on the property and snorkeling around the reef right off the beach. We rented a car and enjoyed the convenient and secure on-site parking.Overall, this condo is a gem and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island.

The property is well maintained, clean, spacious bedrooms, with gorgeous views and pool area. Easy walk to Mullet bay and close to local restaurants. Nice quiet area, but good for children and close drive to Simpson Bay Area. The host was very responsive to communications, would definitely stay again!

Everything was as posted. Pictures were great, the real thing even better. We absolutely loved our stay, and the location was perfect as a starting point for daily adventures. But, you can easily stay put. Gym, sauna, ocean swim, pool and sundeck….hit repeat. Staff was helpful and polite. Already thinking about next time. Thank you

Magnificent condominium, so well designed, furniture was top notch, plumbing better than other condos that I've stayed at the Cliff complex. Air conditioning was consistent, no electrical outages like in 2024. Staff at the Cliff are always interactive, educational, and entertaining. Will most definitely seek this condominium in the future when returning to St. Maarten, could have easily stayed there 2-3 weeks and feel comfortable every day and night. Very impressed by the owner's upgrading of the property - definitely time and effort was taken and it was much appreciated. Thank you again for allowing my family to rent the condominium, it made our stay in St. Maarten even better than I was expecting.
