Best stay ever!!!

This place is even better than the pictures! It is simply amazing. Everyday you will wake up, amazed by the beauty your eyes are seeing. The place is huge and absolutely beautiful. The pool is amazing, the staff is wonderful, and the views of the beach are right out of Hollywood! Absolutely perfect!

Perfect for our group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience traveling with 5 couples/friends. We condo was clean and spacious for our group of 10. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the common spaces were large and accommodated all of our needs. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed being able to walk to beaches, dining and nightlife. We also really were happy to learn that there was cleaning service included twice during the week. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

Upscale visit to St. Martin

My wife and I started coming to St. Martin in 1991. Came faithfully for approx. 20 years. Had a timeshare which fell badly into disrepair after many years. We gave it up. Had serious health issues. This year, I decided to finally return with children and grandchildren. The Cliff is a wonderful property. Everyone had a great time - especially grandpa! Hoping to return soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice penthouse with greaqt views.We had some small issues but Maia with Island Realty solved them quickly. We apprecdiate the support and enjoyed our stay.
