In this brand-new studio, there is a queen-size bed, two chairs, a 55" Smart TV, and a full private bathroom with a "rain" shower. The balcony has exterior chairs and a small table. The windows have black-out roller blinds. The kitchenette is finished in granite and is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a minifridge, a blender, a coffee maker, and all the basics for cooking.
