The house is great. Bed is very comfortable. Nice pots and pans in the kitchen with no worries about microplastics from non stick pans. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced yard and learned to use the doggie door.We appreciated the proximity to the Mountain Goat rail trail. We would stay again.

Nice quiet house. Loved that we had everything that we needed. Made being 8 hours away feel like we were still at home!
We stayed here for Bonnaroo Music Festival and it was so cute and comfy, the owners were very nice and accommodating. Great for pets as well! I would come back.
Awesome place especially for the pups to come and go via the doggie door into a safe fenced backyard. The grass in the back was a little high but that added to the fun and adventure for the pups. Very well stocked with most anything we needed! Also good location midway between hiking and town.
Tina’s property was a perfect stay for a group of friends looking to enjoy the best of what Grundy Co has to offer. Her house was very comfortable and has an excellent location. 10 or so mins from I 24 and 20 mins or less to many hiking trails and waterfalls. Cooking and doing laundry were both very easy. There is plenty of space around the property with a fire pit and a grill, as well as a fenced in back yard.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here at this property in Monteagle, TN. Inside was very clean, however the house could use some airing out... it has a very strong odor from must/mildew. It has all the amenities you'd find at home. Beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean! We didn't see any bugs inside except the few moths that snuck it while the door was open. Lots of wildlife in the area too.
Its close in proximity to the Caverns and some really cool waterfalls which was really nice.
One issue we experienced was that we'd run out of hot water after one shower. Not terrible because there were just the two of us, so we just spaced out the time between showers.
Overall it was an enjoyable trip.
