This 2 bedroom, 1 bath upper-floor apartment has been lovingly refurbished and updated. It is a fully contained, 1000+ Sq/ft private unit, with modern amenities and a private entrance. The house sits above street level, flanked by lush pine trees and a lovely westward view.

The apartment is inviting and cozy, yet very spacious. It offers a king master bedroom and a full bedroom with adjoining closets. The beds are clean and comfortable, with mattress and pillow protectors.
