Relax and recharge in this elevated two bedroom home. The high ceilings bring in plentiful natural sunlight with direct access to a private oversized deck.



The bright and spacious layout provides plenty of space for families or couples traveling to the beach.



Both Siesta Key village and Beach access 7 are less than 1/2 mile from the home.



2 bikes are available onsite ($40 each rental charge by Venmo)



The interior is tastefully designed with functional decor.



Please note this home is not suitable for young children due to the steep stairs at the entrance.



Also there is a separate air Bnb unit below, there are no shared spaces.

Great Stay

The place was great and we enjoyed the newly remodeled home. Appreciated the beach towels. While you can walk, we drove to the beach access 7 and had no issues with parking. Great stay!

Great place, nice and quiet

Great place with a nice balcony that gets sunshine in the afternoon. Nice walk to restaurants and shops on Ocean Blvd, but longer walk to the beach. Easy communication with the manager. Comfortable beds and overall well outfitted. Great to have bicycles on site. Will come again.

Great place with balcony

Great place to stay in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. There is a nice balcony thats gets afternoon sun. This is a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood! Love the quiet morning walks and coming back and having a coffee on the balcony. If coming to Siesta look into this place!

A great vacation house

The best way to relax after a day at the beach.. one request is the ice machine on the fridge didn't work. Otherwise it was awesome thanks a lot for the great communication

Just ok

The location was great and easy to get to everything. We were bumped to the lower unit due to an overbooking and I would not recommend staying here if > 2 people. The bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms which was not disclosed. This means others need to be walking thru the bedroom, even in the middle of the night. Very awkward for all. The bedroom is also very small and you can only use/open one closet door - we basically lived out of our suitcase. The King bedroom is large and nice, but the dining area was located in the bedroom. Really? Another awkward situation interrupting the other couples private space by eating in their bedroom. Overall, the layout is not ideal for friends traveling together. Photos and description should be updated to reflect more realistic representation of the space.
