The good:Easily accessible, near the U of H, spacious. We had a decent stay for our celebration. Suggestions: Advertised as luxury, perhaps upgrade pots and pans, towels, too small kitchen garbage can, paper products, make cleaning products available for kitchen etc.The curious:Mandatory travelers insurance or 1500 deposit. A claim was made against the policy.Overall, grateful for a last minute space to have our celebration.

Neighborhood

Was not in the best neighborhood. People we re bbqing at the corner of the street. Homeless everywhere. But I do gotta say no one bothered us. Was still a great stay!
