Great place to stay

The property was nice for our short stay. The room was nice and clean. The view of the sunrise over ocean was absolutely beautiful. There were things to enjoy doing outside. The only thing that didn’t impress me was the breakfast.

Great views and hospitality

Stayed in a unit with ocean view on the second floor. Very clean and house keeping was extremely attentive. Outside is is well kept and tidy.

This was one of our favorite places to stay. Would definitely come back. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Front desk personal were super friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a plus.

Not what i would call a resort.

Although the property was very clean and the staff was wonderful the amenities were pathetic. Two kayaks all busted up and several paddle boards tiny swimming pool and a couple of ping pong tables. Won't be staying there again the price was very high. For 470 a night I expected a beautiful resort with a lot of amenities. That was not the case

Palmer Stay

Room was nice and well kept. Boat ramp can be a little sketchy to use. I have 19ft and no issues. But any thing larger will have difficulty. Dock space is a huge issue. The pictures are very misleading by how much space you have. Canal is one boat in or out and there’s no where to turn around too shallow. Place was over ran with Jet skis with too many on the docks. They give you a dock number but not enforced. So you always have people on your spot. If you have a boat I highly recommend a different location to stay.
