Great Place

Located in historic downtown in a nice quiet neighborhood, minutes away from everything. Was very convenient for us. The house was nice, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed and the hostess was very communicative and helpful. If we're in the area again I will definitely be looking to book again if available.

Bourbon Trip

We came and stayed in Lexington to go tour some bourbon distilleries. The house was perfectly placed for this. We found the place to be clean and well appointed. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

Such a cute main floor flat with a vintage-chic vibe! Easy access to UK campus, coffee shops, and other retail. We were nervous about street parking, but not a problem.

College visit

Our stay at this property was fantastic. It was just as advertised. It is conveniently located within walking distance of several eating establishments, UK, and downtown Lexington. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks. The unit is modern and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also a bonus. We will stay at this location again for future visits to Lexington.

Not our style

Shared unit… as stated … but the place is old and uncomfortable. The guests upstairs can be heard through walls and every step above is noticeable and loud. Very run down neighborhood in Lex. Price is fine- it’s not unclean, kitchen works…. But just not a place we would ever stay at again. For some I’m sure it’s just fine.

Hey Jason, I am disheartened to receive your poor review as I had been so lenient in my review as you didn’t communicate one time nor did you follow any check out instructions. Additionally, this is one of the more sought after neighborhoods in Lexington and is in the historic district. It is near one of the most beautiful parks in the city, Woodland Park, and on a beautiful street of historic houses near boutiques and cafes. I hate to hear you had a bad stay but a place that “isn’t your style” isn’t worthy of such a terrible review. In the future I recommend a hotel or throughly reviewing photos and reading the description before booking.
