Fantastic Lakeview house with large decks!

Lakeview house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large wrap around decks on two levels. Living room and kitchen have great view of the Lake and surrounding Mountains. Complex has seasonal tennis courts and swimming pool. Minutes from Diamond Peak and Big Water Grille. The Common Area Hot Tub is only available during the summer months. Just a few minutes from the walking path connecting Incline Village to Sand Harbor.

The Garage is not available for rentals

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

Beautiful views, but hot second floor

Beautiful views from decks. Beautiful home. The upstairs gets VERY hot due to skylights, maybe a more comfortable stay during the winter months due to lack of AC.

Great Lake Tahoe getaway

The check in process was very easy. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The house had lovely views and great natural light. The location is super convenient - close to beaches and downtown Incline Village.

Great House Especially for Summer

Enjoyed the decks views, beautiful neighborhood with house architecture like Switzerland or the Black Forest in Germany. Plenty of room. Kitchen well stocked. Had a great time.

Great location and view

We enjoyed our stay, everything was as advertised and the check-in and out process was easy. The condo is only a few minutes from Diamond Peak and close to restaurants and stores. The view of the lake from the main level was beautiful and the house was well laid-out and very comfortable. Our only complaint is that we were three adult couples and the small twin beds in the third bedroom are definitely better suited for children than adults.

Family Vacation

Everything was just as we imagined it, perfect! We had such a great time and we were very happy with the home. Super clean! Just an FYI to future guests, there is a driveway for parking but it's at an incline. Luckily there was flat parking spaces available at a short walk. Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again.

Please note that the overhead fan in master bedroom makes a lot of noise and needs to be repaired.

Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice swiss style chalet with comfortable beds and nice furnishings and great light from large windows in the main eating and gathering area. Yhere is an amazing collection of books and the kitchen was well stocked. The only negative is that the garage and the pantry in the kitchen were locked and off limits. Goldfish was easy to communicate with and were very helpful.

Once inside, the amazing views of the lake and trees made it that much more enjoyable and relaxing. It was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved that it was so close to all the spots we planned to go to like Sand Harbor beach and Kings beach. Most of all short drive to Grocery stores and Starbucks. We would absolutely come back again.

Not worth the money

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving, the driveway is steep and full of snow and on stairs walking up. There is no room to store food so everything that didn’t have to go in the refrigerator or freezer sat on the counter. The beds were uncomfortable (too soft) and twin beds felt like you were on a raft in a pool. All beds need fresh new bedding. All pillows smelled dirty. Plenty of spiders throughout the house. There were no extra towels and washcloths were not provided, the windows let in a lot of cold weather. Washer was dirty and smelled. I washed one load and it smelled like the dirty washer. The one load took 2 hours to dry. Hot water ran out quick. Toaster is old and smelled like burning plastic when we tried to use it. All knives were dull and no knife sharpener available. The couch had spider webs between the cushions. Parts of house were cold and too hot. Those are the negatives.The positives are The property management was professional. The house was close to the ski resort and the dishwasher cleaned awesome and the view was beautiful for sunsets.

Quiet Getaway for two

Great private location w/views looking out the large interior windows and two generous size decks. Has an updated laundry area and lofty spaces w/smart TV’s. This was our second stay at the property. The house has potential for improvement. New bedding w/extra pillows would easily bring up the comfort level. Overall it’s fine, but lacks a little in luxury. Thanks.

Small changes could really enhance guest stay.

Most storage areas are elected included, pantry, garage and linen and storage. All your groceries must sit in counter. No games or cards of any kind to play. The garage was locked so we had to carry our bikes and paddle boards up the stairs everyday. Local resident punch cards to access private beaches could have been provided with little effort. We asked for card but declined. We were fortunate we had a friend that gave us a punch card for our full stay. Overall, the house was clean, quiet neighborhood and great view of lake from deck.

Lovely chalet close to slopes

This property was very well appointed with a nice kitchen and plenty of sleeping areas. There was even a service to keep the snow off the driveway and steps.

2020 early fall get away

The property suited our needs. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The kitchen was pretty well equipped to cook in as we did not eat out this week feeling it was better to cook in in this time of COVID-19. We did contact the property management on Sunday morning as the refrigerator was not cool enough. Freezer was fine. They responded quickly. It had been left in a defrost cycle. Fast fix. Unfortunately in true 2020 fashion the lake was often hidden from the marvelous balconies Because of the many fires 🔥 this week. The beds are super soft just as a known fact. Also the ceiling fan in the master needs repaired or replaced. There were floor fans in the closet so we left it off and used them instead. We would return another time.

Quiet with beautiful views

The house was VERY clean and had everything we could have needed. With the house being very comfortable and in a quiet location along with the views of the lake, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great view

Overall enjoyed the house & the views. It was spacious & inviting. All the TVS worked & some were Smart TVs so the kids liked that! Negatives: Property Management, Delayed check in, had to wait for property management company to find the key for us. They had only a answering service which doesn’t know much, this caused us almost 2hr check in delay. They only provide 1 small towel per person, not enough. The master bed isn’t on any frame & is uncomfortable. Need to upgrade master bedroom bed & add furniture since there are no drawers either. Also no window coverings behind the master bed, so sunlight shines in early. No window coverings in master bath shower either so felt like not much privacy. If these items were updated would give it a 5 star.

Our Second Stay As Good As Our First

This was our second Thanksgiving at this wonderful property (aka Steve). Steve contains a large master suite and two cozy and comfortable rooms, two modern baths, a bright and airy big room, and a dining area that accommodated our guests for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is fully operational and contains all the items needed to prepare a big meal. Wraparound decks provide peek-a-views of the lake. Neighbors houses are situated away from Steve, creating a private, quiet, tranquil atmosphere. Steve features a massive collection of eclectic reading materials for your enjoyment: mystery novels, non-fiction books on current events, picture books on speed machines as well as nature. The flat screen cable TV in the living room is fully functional and a welcome feature for our football fan guests on Thanksgiving day. Steve's decor features several beautifully crafted model boats. Steve is just a few miles from the village. We have enjoyed our two Thanksgiving celebrations with Steve and hope to visit again.
