“Bearadise” A/C- HotTub- Decks-Shuffleboard- peaceful and serene.

Max occupancy of 9, including children, set by NEW Washoe County regulations. Please don’t jeopardize our permit by having more than 9 people at any given time. Children of all ages count towards occupancy.

Beautiful lake/mountain retreat. Perfect for those looking to enjoy the quiet beauty and serenity Incline Village offers. This is NOT a party/event house. If looking to party please book elsewhere. This home is located in a beautiful, peaceful and QUIET neighborhood. Parties, gatherings and events of ANY kind are not allowed.

Take in the peaceful and serene setting while relaxing on one of the huge deck's overlooking the trees. Sit around the propane fire pit with friends and family while sipping wine or roasting marshmallows in the evenings! (Please note, deck furniture and fire pit is put away for the winter months)

Centrally located between 100's of hiking/snowmobiling/biking trails, lake Tahoe beaches, and several ski resorts. Perfect for winter and summer fun. This home is well suited for multiple families with separate sleeping areas.

There are three levels with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, kid and adult game rooms with air hockey, shuffle board, chess table & games.

Features newly remodeled double decks, Bullfrog hot tub, fully stocked kitchen including crock pot for easy dinners, coffee grinder, coffee maker, blender, mini food processor, rice cooker, Belgium waffle maker, baking pans, etc.., high end gas BBQ and outdoor dining table on upper deck.

There is a 2 car garage (holds 1-2 small to medium size cars). Driveway holds 3 cars.

If you must work or check on life, the desk has a docking station with monitor, keyboard and printer, just bring your laptop.

Don't worry if you get in late, there is some stocked coffee, cream, sugar, instant oatmeal and hot cocoa to start you off.

The board of trustees for Incline Village has voted to indefinitely limit access to Incline Village private Beaches to home owners and full time residents ONLY. There are however, several wonderful public beaches very close by including the gorgeous Sand Harbor beach and kings beach.

We loved our week in this home. It is very comfortable and cute. We used the hot tub nightly, cooked in the kitchen and on the grill, played their board games, and slept in comfortable beds. We had the most wonderful stay at ”Bearadise.” Heaven from reservation to check out. Tami was quick to respond to my every question. The house instruction binder was extremely helpful. OUTSTANDING

Prior to our arrival, I had questions regarding our stay. The host immediately responded to my questions and was very helpful. Upon arrival, I noticed the house, inside and out, matched the photos online. The property was clean and all the amenities mentioned were available. The property is centrally located and just minutes from several beaches, hikes, dining and other activities. My husband and I are ordinary hard working professionals. We are avid ski and snowboarders and have always dreamed of owning our own home in Tahoe. With a lot of hard work and determination we finally made our dreams come true! This is our "vacation" home and we are thrilled to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

This home is very special to us. We fell in love with the location as it perfectly accommodates the best of both winter and summer activities Tahoe has to offer. We decked it out with as many amenities as we could to make it a fun, relaxing, and convenient vacation home for both adults and kids. It is not a PARTY home. It is a FAMILY home.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful & serene with floor to ceiling windows in the living room overlooking a huge deck for relaxing day or night. Head out to the deck to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the fresh air and the smell of pine trees. Or enjoy the serenity while sipping a glass of wine! Then unwind from your day of adventures in the beautiful hot tub on the lower deck. The home offers great separation for multi-family vacations. Shuffle board, air hockey and chess tables kick the excitement up a notch when wanting to stay in. Plenty of board games for family and friend bonding evenings. There is something for everyone here at Bearadise Retreat.
