Freshly remodeled in 2023, this 3 bedroom, two bath home features a heated outdoor (screened) pool, canal-side hot tub, comfy lanai, electric reclining leather living room furniture,  tv’s in every room, and an extra boat lift if you’d like to bring your own boat!

Villa Skylark is conveniently located in the desirable “Yacht Club” neighborhood of Cape Coral and sits canal-side. 10 minute, direct access to the Gulf, Ft Myers beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and associated islands. Friendly and safe neighborhood to walk and bike. Walk to the beach or to the city center!

Owner managed by married builder couple Scott and Kim, you can expect personal, prompt service and attention to every detail with your rental!

Villa Skylark has a property manager that lives onsite. The manager's room has a separate entrance and separate driveway with no access or view to the house and areas that you will stay in. The house, pool area, primary driveway, and backyard are all completely private.

Amazing property, Don't miss it.

The house is beautiful and clean. Everything was as described online. We flew in early morning and Lexi was kind enough to let us check in right after the house was cleaned. Kids had an awesome time. We will definitely be back.

Great vacation in Ft Myers

We loved this home. It was decorated just like the pictures. Kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. My only complaint was the amount of dog hair that was in the home. The broom was covered with dog hair. The sofa and the master bedroom had noticeable dog hair. I ended up buying new sheets and a comforter to use in the master bedroom because I was very itchy the first night.

Great location and lovely stay

House was very clean, plenty of towels and pool towels, comfortable beds for 5 adults and 1 child. Fully stocked kitchen was appreciated since we cooked almost daily. If you have the app we got Instacart, Walmart, and even Amazon to deliver our groceries and items to this location. Plenty of grocerie stores and gas station near. The pool area was our favorite. Minor suggestion would be to add towel hooks to the bathrooms and some outdoors for our wet pool towels. Tiles by pool area very slippery went wet. Overall, lovely stay and would stay here again. Communication with Lexi was outstanding and was even allowed check in little earlier. Very close to sanibel and Plenty of fun activities to do in the area. Our family visited Lighthouse beach, rented jet ski cape coral, booked ferry to Cayo costa, rented family bikes to ride around sanibel, went miniature golf in cape coral, and visited lovers key beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great place, great pool

We had a great time enjoying all that this property had to offer - a great lanai, pool, canal view, garden seating area, hot tub…the house was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place, in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood.

Perfect summer vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable, lots of towels for our family, and spacious. The pool was a huge hit for our kids. It was the perfect temperature. The hot tub was nice at night time. The pier was perfect for fishing. We had an overall great stay! My only recommendation would be to add towel hooks and a toilet paper holder in the bigger bathroom.

Great property

Nice property. Only issue was the AC seemed to struggle to cool even set at the recommended settings in the guest book it never seemed as cool as it should but most of the time during the day we were out so didn't bother us most days it just made it uncomfortable at night when the humidity was high outside.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Yacht Club Property. There is so much do do locally, or within an hour's drive, but we also had everything we could have wanted right there on the property too. The layout of the house is perfect for a family. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation and hope to go back.

Relaxing and Fun Spring Break

Our family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) had a great week at this property! Cape Coral is in a great location close to Captiva, Sanibel, Ft Myers, and the airport! The house was very nice and updated - everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space. The pool and outdoor area was great we had a good time swimming and grilling. I would highly recommend this property and if we come back to Cape Coral would look for it again! Thank you!

This home is adorable! Loved the open lay out as well as the patio and pool area!! It was very clean and well kept. This rental will not disappoint!!!

Property & location was wonderful. Only disappointment was that it was at end of canel....so definately couldnt fish...but that was not an issue. Pool was heated so wonderful but only used it twice as it was a cold spell with temperatures in the 40's!!!!

Beautiful Home - Great Vacation!

This home is fantastic. Everything was very clean, the furnishings and decorating were beautiful and we were totally comfortable the entire week in spite of the weather not being cooperative and we did spend much of our time indoors. We hope to return to this delightful home again !!!

Incredible Property

The home was amazing very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a minor issue with the sewer line and the property owner had a plumber out the same day. We dis have an issue with mosquitoes by the hot tub but nothing a little bug spray didn’t fix. Over all our stay was amazing for our family of 5 and we would def stay here again.

Paradise away from home

Last minute trip.

My family enjoyed this home. It was very clean and newly undated. The pool area was beyond perfect for the kids. They were content swimming everyday and the adults could relax. The sliding pocket doors opening up to the pool area were awesome as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great amenities and finishings. New remodel look like it is out of an episode of HGTV. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient restaurants, stores and Sanibel Island.

Great house for a week long vacation

The house was beautiful and we loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor area. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, soap, and coffee as these were not included. Vanessa was always quick to respond via text and made the check in/out process extremely easy! If we're ever back in the area for a vacation we will look this house up again!

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

My husband and I along with another couple thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The outdoor space was amazing for relaxing by the pool during the day and the hot tub at night. Vanessa was quick to respond and went out of her way with any questions or concerns we had. Great location!
