Single room/Efficiency cabin with separate bath and full kitchen located on Grand Isle in the heart of town. Cabin sleeps 4. We are located directly across from beach access and close to all marinas. Common area under the cabin for cooking or just hanging out and relaxing. and a common area deck where you can enjoy the Gulf views and spectacular sun rise with your morning coffee Join us on Grand Isle this summer and enjoy our top rated beach or participate in one of the world famous fishing tournaments. We’d love to see you!

Very relaxing and peaceful

Plenty of decks and porches to sit on, very very clean property, beds were soft and comfortable. Property had everything we needed. The owner was there on site and very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again and recommend this property!

Great weekend in Grand Isle

We enjoyed the property. It was clean and secure and just what we needed. Played the games provided in the common space downstairs and enjoyed the swing. Great location! Manager is very accommodating!

We had a great visit to Grand Isle. Owners were on site and very hospitable. There were lots of outdoor activities on site and a porch swing. Great location close to beach and restaurants. Owner was accommodating giving us food suggestions and bulk seafood sales. Would highly recommend this location for a stay, especially if you were coming to fish. Great job!

Perfect family gathering

The accomadations were perfect. Family with campers were just steps away from our room. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was cozy enough for us. You couldn't hear any outside noises when you were in the room. I would definitely recommend a couple or a family with 2 kids (but no more). Carlo was very nice, helpful, and personable.

The property was super clean, quiet and just what we were looking for. Carlo is very responsive to questions about room. He is available if you have any issues. Outside common area was neat and clean with grills, chairs, tables and a comfortable swing. First class!!

Serenity by the Sea Convention

Easy check in. Mr. Carlo greeted us with a smile. The room had everything we needed. We decided on a shrimp boil. Mr. Carlo had everything we needed (pot, burner, gas, etc), except the shrimp and seasoning, which we had. Beds were comfortable, water was HOT, no complaints at all. We made sure each of us got a business card for future stays.

Super accommodating

Carlo was super accommodating. We arrived before our check in time and he allowed us to check in early. He was quick to respond to any and all questions! He even allowed us to check out late so we could sleep in our last day! Easy access to beach. Fish cleaning station. And tons of games for our kids to be entertained!

Grand Isle Birding Festival weekend

The property is small, beds and a table only. It’s best for people who will be very active during their stay on the island. My friend and I were out from 6:30AM until after dusk each day. All we wanted when we get in was to make our meal, shower, and sleep. Perfect for that. We did enjoy sitting in the breezeway to enjoy a beer. Great breeze off the Gulf. The location allowed us to stop in the day for a bathroom break and to refill our water bottles as we visited the different birding HotSpots on the island.
