This spacious 2 bedroom unit has a private entrance, large kitchen and 1150 square feet for you and your guests to spread out and relax. Nestled right next to the High Trestle Trail in Woodward, you are just 3 miles from the High Trestle Bridge. Plenty of secure storage for your bikes in the locked entrance.
There is a 32 inch TV with Roku for all your streaming needs.
The space
This space is so big and open pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very quiet nights and weekends as no one is working in the showroom downstairs and you have the whole building to yourselves. Everything you need is within walking distance being on small town Main Street.

There is a digital keypad on the outside door.

This is an upstairs apartment over a hardware store and cabinet showroom. There are 15 interior steps up to the apartment.
