Spacious and cozy studio apartment on a 3/4 acre property in Portland, Oregon, is ready and waiting for you! Ideally located within walking distance to parks, trails, shopping, and much more! Featuring: Queen bed, full-sized appliances, including washer/dryer, cooking essentials and utensils, a cozy sofa, TV in the living area, air conditioner, and onsite parking. Multnomah Village, parks, and public transportation nearby Everything you need to make this place your home-away-from-home! There are parks and green spaces nearby. Hiking abounds with the trails in the Woods Memorial Natural Area. My favorite is the Marigold Trail. The trails are perfect length for a lunch-break hike or for an afternoon. Or neighborhood is also within walking distance of Multnomah Village for shopping or dining. We are located near I-5, Capitol Highway and Barbur Blvd in Southwest Portland. It is easy to get anywhere.
