Howdy, I am a 44-year-old, non-smoking, single dad. I have two daughters who live with me and we run our short-term rental together. We live in a wonderful recently built home in Happy Valley, Oregon. I work full time from home as an IT Manager, speak English, a bit of Spanish, I am a Christian, and very much into raising my daughters right. I love board games, movies, wood working, hosting, vacations (especially to Disney World), and serving friends and family.

Why they chose this property

This is my personal home that I love living in. I love hosting in my home because the location is close to everything, yet I have the peace and quiet of living on the edge of Happy Valley where it is wonderfully quiet.

What makes this property unique

We are a relaxed family that loves to host and are very friendly. We enjoy sharing our home with guests so you are welcome to join us for meals, games, movies, and fun. We have free ultra fast internet that serves everyone in the house.
