This house near downtown Milwaukie is ideal for a long stay and offers the perfect combination of beauty and convenience. with a secluded, peaceful, and lovely neighborhood :), it has the amenities needed for your stay. very large fully equipped kitchen, toaster, crook pots, baking dishes, separate refrigerator, and pantry area.
Two full bathrooms, a lovely backyard for relaxing, we have a gardener that comes every week.
This is a well-established neighborhood, safe and quiet. 3 miles away from Downtown Milwaukie where you can visit restaurants and stores, and also enjoy the Willamette river view.

This is a beautiful property tucked away in the suburbs of Portland. Did some hiking with family in the area and this was a good launching spot. It was a very clean and roomy two bedroom two bath would love to be able to stay there again. What impress me most about the property is how private it is. I value my privacy to a fault. The neighborhood is quiet and dog friendly there's always people walking their dogs and walking in general. We decided not to rent a car on this trip we used only public transportation. Portland has one of the most impressive transit systems I've ever experienced in a city. A quick Uber ride tothe TriMet and your hopping a 20 minute ride to the city or a 30 minute ride to the airport.

Home Away From Home

I recently stayed here with my wife and two young children while visiting family in the area. We had a lovely time and this house gave us a peaceful space to return to after our busy days. I was visiting Portland with my family and needed a nice space to come back to at night, with safe parking and quiet, secluded atmosphere. This home was perfect. Neat and clean, and easy to get to. Good communication with owner. Thanks Dann, we'll be back.

Great family stay

We stayed for a week and this home was perfect for us. Super clean & well stocked kitchen supplies (instapot!!). There was a huge yard that the kids could run in and burn off their excitement. House is set back from the road & was super quiet. We all slept great. Looking forward to coming again!

3 night getaway

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful home. stocked with everything we needed. Bed and pillows were lovely, along with the neighborhood. The listing doesn't mention anywhere that this is actually a duplex, and the walls are quite thin, so you will hear people on the other side if there are any there. Other than that, it was a great spot, worth the price.

Lovely quiet stay

We actually live in the area, but needed a place to stay while we had a small remodel project being completed. The house is great, very peaceful and open. The host was fantastic, very helpful, very quick to reply to any questions I had. Nearly wish our house project went a little longer so we could've stayed longer.

Perfect home base for Portland Marathon

The property was beautiful, clean and well appointed, just as advertised in the listing. Communication with Daniel was easy and timely. He was very accommodating. Check-in directions were thorough. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean cool and quiet

Everything in working order.plenty of parking, towels and dishes. I would have enjoyed an easy chair with reading lamp but will stay here again. Also the portable air conditioner worked great.

Quiet and clean!

This was a very clean, updated place to stay. It was also tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. The A/C for unit 1 is controlled remotely, but the host quickly replied and adjusted the temperature when I asked for it to be a bit cooler, so this was not a problem at all.

Excellent accommodation

The property was in a secluded location, set back from the road. Everything was lovely and clean; the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances, utensils, crockery and silverware. Dan responded quickly to any questions. We'll definitely be staying here again. The price was highly competitive and worth every cent.

4 night stay

We enjoyed our stay in Milwaukie, a perfect location just outside of Portland. The place was clean and very quiet, which was nice after a long day of activities. You do share one wall with another unit but we did not hear any noise. Also the entrances are completely separate so you feel like you’re the only guests. The yard is large and would be great space for younger children to run around. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattress in the guest bedroom, it was a little soft. We would definitely stay here again!
