Separate house with 2 Queen bedrooms, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, comfy living room for visiting/relaxing. Lovely floral garden to enjoy your breakfast or after a long day of exploring with gas grill available. In quiet Woodstock Neighborhood, yet walking distance to some fun SE PDX restaurants, bars & shops. Half block to bus line which takes you to downtown Portland in 15 minutes!

Mt. Hood, Hood River, beautiful Pacific coastline, Willamette Valley Wine country - all within 90 minutes of the house.

As a former experienced bed & breakfast owner, I have now been enjoying my role as a VRBO host for the last 9 years. I have excellent reviews and super host status. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me. I look forward to hosting you!

The space was immaculate and the outdoor settings with all the flowers in bloom is gorgeous. Very convenient location for our needs and Mary Beth is a wonderful host. We'll try to stay here again!

Wonderful home and property owner

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting family. Mary Beth was very accommodating, but also gave us our privacy. She maintains a beautiful garden as well which was a joy to explore!

MB's Guest House

MB has created a lovely home in this small, cozy house. There were all the amenities anyone would want. MB was available with answers to questions and actively concerned for our well being. We will return.

Portland getaway

This was by far one of the best properties that we have stayed in. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and freeways and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Mary Beth was a wonderful host!! She was available for any questions we had and warm and welcoming. The house was cozy, well equipped and perfect for our needs. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Portland!

Sweet spot

This small house is a gem. From the welcoming flowers at the front garden to the sunny back patio. Very well appointed and maintained. It was especially well suited for us as our grandchildren live 5 minutes away. We will definitely try to stay here again

In Portland from NY

This property is great and we will hopefully book it for future trips. It was clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked with thoughtful amenities, even hair conditioner and spices. The location was great, close to family. We especially loved the flowers out front. We saw lots of butterflies and a hummingbird in them, and bees. Loved the sea holly! Covered with bees. We need the bees.

Best Host and VRBO in all of Portland

We had the most wonderful time ever. Truly a gracious host. Beautiful home, gardens and flowers. The patio lights, flowers, decorations were beautiful. We enjoyed everything about the home, gardens and lovely patio. It really was one of the most relaxing and wonderful times that I have ever had! Thank you very much to MaryBeth. Everyone also enjoyed the candy jar. Thank you for a stress free, relaxing time with family. I cannot wait until I next trip.

Best vacation rental host ever!

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and have learned if there is something you need, even toilet paper bring it! Not at this home! Mary Beth is the best host ever!!! Absolutely everything from a fully stocked kitchen, all bathroom supplies including shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. We were hosting a baby shower at a venue on 23rd and had a banner to hang that had deep creases. Needed to iron. Of Course Mary Beth had an iron and ironing board! The home is cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and assessable to everything you need. Downtown Portland is just 15 minutes away, and Woodstock is one of my favorite places in Portland. An exceptional stay and Mary Beth is the perfect host!

The photos and the reviews are accurate! This is a well-maintained property that was very comfortable for us. Mary Beth is a pro and has thought of everything. The house is very clean and the grounds are a special treat. We cooked and ate in the house the whole time and had pretty much everything we needed, including pots that were intact and in good condition (unlike most places I've stayed.)

Very cozy, exceptionally clean, had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property, and we would definitely stay again on our next trip, if available. Just FYI, there was a hefty damage deposit required, which almost deterred me, but I went ahead anyway, and I’m glad we did. Highly recommend.

We have a very comfortable stay at MB's Guest House. Mary Beth was very kind to turn on the lights and AC for us as our arrival time was late in the evening. Excellent communication, clear instructions, and house was well equipped. The candy jar was a plus! We don't usually use coffee pods, and I'm sorry for the waste, but it was so convenient. The house is the nicest on the block. Neighborhood is very suburban/working class, and super quiet. Not too far from the downtown Woodstock area where there are lots of food options.

Our stay was really lovely. The home was immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished in a way that made us feel very much 'at home'. The highlight was the patio in the garden, with the well kept flowers and plants surrounding us as we had our Portland friends come over for a chat. The kitchen was stocked and organized. Thank goodness for the air conditioned during the hot Summer days.

Comfortable, lovely and quiet

It's obvious that Mary Beth takes pride in her guest house. It was especially clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Her garden is fantastic, especially the backyard patio - a wonderful place to relax in the early morning. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Foster/Powell Woodstock Gem

We originally selected this property for it's closeness to our daughters home. Once we checked in it was apparent how much care went into making this a comfortable location to stay. Everything needed was available, including a well stocked candy jar! We hope to make this our go to hideaway when visiting Portland.

Charming garden cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary Beth's guesthouse. The house has a practical layout and everything inside is user-friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, yet convenient to all the places we wanted to visit while in Portland. Mary Beth provides the guests with plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils to make us comfortable. We loved her beautiful flower garden that made the guesthouse feel like a charming French country house. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next Portland visit!
