Spacious, comfy, and well thought out accommodations. Lovely neighborhood and within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. Aaron is super responsive and helpful!
This is a nice, clean place with comfortable beds and a great location. Communication with Aaron was easy. The kitchen and fridge are small, but it’s not a problem if you are eating out at the many restaurants nearby.
The location is great and the host is very good with communication. The place is quite cozy and plenty of room to hang out with family. It has very thing you will need. Top on my list to stay on Portland.
This was a great spot during our trip. It's in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of so many fun bars and restaurants. We drove quite a bit as well and it was nice to have a parking spot. Would recommend for anyone looking to explore the East side of Portland!
This basement apartment is just a couple blocks off Division and close to everything. We could leave our car in the parking space and in about a 20 minute walk or less be anywhere we wanted in the neighborhood including up to Hawthorne.
This vrbo was extremely comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of things to do within a short walking distance. Overall, I was very happy with this rental.
This is a great unit, and beautifully finished and furnished. It seemed very private; having said that it was cold and rainy our entire stay so it may have a different feel when the weather is lovely and folks are outside. Great attention to detail; nothing seemed skimped on. We were very comfortable here and would stay here again when we visit our son who lives in the area.
We had a lovely stay at Aaron’s 2 bedroom apartment. The location is fantastic within walking distance to a great neighborhood with terrific, restaurants, bars and shops. Apartment was well furnished, very comfortable beds and Aaron was a wonderful host. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.
We stayed at this garden-level 2BR in Portland for a few days and found it to be a great fit for two travelers. The unit was clean, with a good shower, comfortable beds, and large clean towels. The knockout was the location—very walkable, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. I also appreciated having a spot to park our car. We visited in May, and the bountiful blooming roses in the area were stunning, making for a great daily walk. Aaron was a phenomenal and friendly host, easy to communicate with and very helpful.Overall, this was a solid place to stay and a good value. We would book again!
Everything was easy and I had no trouble. The VRBO app is a little tricky with some important security data but the property owner handles everything fine
I love sharing our properties with others and creating community. Portland is a great place to cut and our neighborhood is the best way to get to know the real Portland!
Why they chose this property
We live on a greenway where thousands of bicyclists commute each year to and from downtown. We are one block off Division Street which is a well known commercial district with gourmet restaurants and boutique shops. I love the beautiful Garett and walkability of this neighborhood and the amazing Salt and Straw ice cream which is close by.
What makes this property unique
The historic houses, walkability, and convenience to all things Portland make it very unique: you get a little of everything as it’s nestled near Hawthorne district and a straight shot to Mount Hood.
