Right in Downtown Macon directly behind the Macon City Auditorium you can walk to Concerts, Restaurants, Bars, Retail, and experience Macon like a local!

This duplex is located in a quiet pocket w/ dedicated Off Street parking where you can sleep soundly without the noise of downtown while still being right downtown where you can walk to everything- the best of both worlds! Renovated in the early 2000's and updated again in 2022, you will absolutely love the character of this almost 150 year old home but have all the amenities and luxuries of today-granite countertops, tiled showers, stunning original heart of pine floors, 12 foot ceilings, huge windows to let in amazing natural light.
Both sides are nearly identical, just mirror images of each other. Downstairs in each side is a living room with Smart TV, large sleeper sofa and jackknife sofa, dining room with Smart TV, another sleeper sofa, kitchen, laundry and the half bath.
Upstairs of each unit are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and make up vanity. The secondary bedroom is a tribute to Mercer University and has another queen size bed, 2 closets and a smart TV.

Great Duplex for groups!

We stayed here to attend State FFA Convention. There were 2 teachers and we were able to split our students between the two sides. It was great to have a girls side and boys side.

“Macon” travel easy.

This property was perfect for a long weekend stay with family. The host was wonderful and helped to make sure we had everything we needed. The space was comfortable and cozy. Thank you for a great stay!
