Terrible communication

I communicated that the temperature was extremely uncomfortable in the house. The property manager said the owner set a range that could not be overridden at the property. I asked that they reach out to owner and let him know we were extremely uncomfortable. They said they would and get back with me after. I sent several follow up messages and never heard back. I reached out to VRBO and they offered me a credit and told me the number to the property manager (which I already had been reaching out to). I stayed 3 days an we never heard back from property manager after several requests. Extremely dissatisfied.

It was a pleasure hosting you! Regarding the thermostat, we have sent you a guidebook prior to your arrival on how to control the temperature and communicated with you during your 3 nights stay. I am sorry if you didn't have the 100% experience we would like all our guest to enjoy . I hope that you can give us another opportunity in a a future reservation. Stay safe!
