There is so much good to say about this experience! Mark is such a gracious host and made us feel welcome. The home is absolutely charming and well-appointed.
Beautiful little home perfectly located close to all necessary amenities. Check-in and out was straightforward and simple. The furniture was all very comfortable and the kitchen and bath were very well stocked. Thank you Mark for a wonder stay!

Beautiful and comfortable home with a fantastic fenced yard for the dogs. Also, great location near a school for dogs to play. Close to downtown and convenient for accessing Provo and neighboring towns.
This property is neat, clean and so much fun to stay in. The old ime charm is wonderful. Close to downtown Provo and freeway, big yard if you have dogs, they will love it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very charming little pioneer house and clean. We would definitely stay again when back in Provo, if available. Recommend to anyone looking for a pet friendly house ( our dogs loved the fenced in yard ). The only complaint I can say, is the shared laundry room and finished laundry not being removed when finished and having to wait for open washer and dryer. All in all, very enjoyable trip.
This home was a historical delight. Very cozy, updated with every convenience while keeping the historic feel. Close to everything in Provo, we had a great time!

We booked this property because of the yard for our pups. It is a shared yard. This was never disclosed. The other tenant routinely disrupted our yard time. We have one very skittish dog and this created a very stressful situation. Also word of warning to pet owners with skittish pups, there is constant traffic and train traffic. The home is less than two blocks away from a train crossing. This is continuous throughout the night. The location is convenient but not worth the constant traffic at night. The good points. Owner was responsive and check in and check out was a breeze. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. The living room furniture was uncomfortable making it hard to relax. The house is very cute with tons of character. The yard needs to be divided. At one point the gate on the other side was not latched which made us paranoid about leaving our pups out without us being out there with them.

We're very sorry Tammy felt this way. A long-term tenant does, indeed, live in a separate unit that has no common walls with our pioneer home (it is explained in the description and shown in the photos). This tenant has never caused any issues with past guests and does not use the yard, but Tammy had an argument with the tenant about a laundry issue (the laundry area is shared) that apparently caused her bad feelings about the property. We actually sent Tammy a $50 refund as an apology for her laundry issue, and we counseled with the long-term tenant who found Tammy unreasonable and unkind. The yard is private, extremely well maintained and exclusively used by our guests. After 32 ratings, our little home has a 10/10 rating from VRBO. Tammy's low rating is the one exception which we consider unfair and unreflective of the quality of our home. After we submitted Tammy's initial review and paid her a refund, we found she and her dogs irreparably damaged and stained a set of sheets and left our home, well, quite untidy. We don't charge for this damage, We just accept it as part of doing business, but we're discouraged at how Tammy treated the property and seeming manipulation to get a refund. We wish her well, but we would not rent to her again.
This place worked well for us, visiting child at school and family in the greater Provo area. Super cute place with easy access to downtown and to freeways. Thumbs up.

Timothy and his family were wonderful to host! So glad they came and we hope they’ll come again.
The house lives up to its reviews, and more. Our dog Brody absolutely loved running around the fenced in yard. The house is well decorated and landscaped. We had access to every amenity we needed. The house was walking distance to downtown Provo and vibrant shops and nightlife (the kolache shop was my favorite). House is on a quiet street with ample street parking and a great view of the mountains. Recommend 100%!

Thank you for that kind response! It's a great place for BYU's Education Week and the local universities' many conferences. You were wonderful guests and we hope you come again!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean and well appointed. The host reached out and was accessible. The neighborhood was pleasant and close to shopping and points of interest. Although it was quite close to the commuter train track, the host did conveniently supply earplugs.
Very nice place, comfortable with everything you need while away from home. We enjoyed family time and were able to come and go with ease! The beds were comfy, lots of storage. We would definitely repeat this location!

We stayed for four nights while we celebrated one of our children's graduation. Location was convenient and easy to find. Home was very clean and accomadations very comfortable. Excellent communication with the owner who was flexible with us needing to add an extra night, weeks before our arrival. Very enjoyable stay. Would definietly return if needing a place to stay in Provo.

Responsible and courteous and clean, we couldn’t ask for more wonderful guests than Jeremy and his family. Thank you, Jeremy! We hope you’ll come again and again.
We loved this beautiful old home and what a beautiful view! It was very comfortable and the water, chocolates and free Netflix were a pleasant surprise. Loved the different coffee pods too.The dogs had a great time exploring the yard. The only minor negative was some road noise and the neighbor doing some yard construction next door. But the location is nice for dog walking to the park and quick drives to the store and food. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived at property in the evening easy to find and easily accessible. We had our chihuahua with us and he enjoyed the yard and we liked that it was adequately fenced. The house was clean and was appropriately stocked in bathroom and kitchen. Was a lovely and peaceful stay.
