This beautiful self sufficient apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony. It is equipped with all of the amenities needed. Beautifully decorated and located on the third floor giving you a view while capturing the natural Caribbean breeze throughout the day and evening.

Guest access
All guests must follow the general condominium bylaws as well as the specific guidelines set out by the owner. This includes no pets, firearms and no smoking inside the apartment. Observing that other guests have equal rights to all common areas and maintaining a friendly atmosphere for children and adults alike. All guests have access to the entire grounds.

Our Property Manager's are available close by to assist you with any information or special requests needed. Please note these are complete apartments, not hotels. Getting around
Public transportation, Uber and taxis are available just outside the security gate less than a minute from your doorstep. Parking for one vehicle is included while transportation from the local airport can be arranged for you at a small additional cost. We can arrange for VIP private transportation to other locations as well given some notice.

Other things to note
Please note that electricity is extra and will be billed based on actual consumption at the end of your stay. An electricity deposit of $10 USD per day is required upon arrival. Cable TV, local telephone, Wifi is included for FREE! Ask about our long term rentals for huge savings. Hint: (book a 3 day rental, receive my contact information, call me and I will credit your short term vacation against a long term rental). There are other services available upon request that include personal services such as manicures, pedicures, massage therapy, cooking, cleaning, personal assistant etc. These requests can be made upon arrival.
