Great Location!

We came to Jupiter to do some deep sea fishing. The location of this house is perfect! Everything you need is here, and the beach is right across the street. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Several classmates and I were there for a weekend course and found this gem. The location was great not only because the beautiful beaches were just across from the beach but also was just a minute from our class. I/We would definitely stay there again and plan to on our next weekend course. Juno Beach is such a great place to stay. The house was perfect for our group. Very spacious, cozy, and clean.

So much better than hotel rooms for the same price

We stayed here when visiting family nearby. The house is very freshly updated, with nice decor, comfortable beds, tons of drawer and closet space in bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and tools, though we mostly only used the Keurig coffeemaker and the fridge. We had a couple of issues when we arrived but the management took care of them to our satisfaction. Would recommend this place to friends.

Gem by the beach

Clean, comfortable, perfect size for a family of 4 or 5. Beach access 20 yards away. Great coffee shop, drug store and cafe a short bike ride. Stocked with beach chairs, towels, even a couple pairs of flippers. Lovely little backyard area that feels so beachy and fun. Highly recommend.

The home and location was perfect. However the management staff (Vacasa) was not very professional. The Staff member stated they didn’t pay him enough to come inspect the AC which was having issues cooling initially. They were not timely in coming up with a solution. However once the issue was resolved (on its own) all was good.

Nice place close to beach, but wear and tear evident and minor maintenance issues

Cost effective place to stay for folks who need 3 bedrooms, sure beats the local hotel prices for parties from 3 to 5. Parking in driveway for 2 vehicles. Few light bulbs burnt out on arrival. Exhaust fan over stove not working. AC and heat work great! Several TVs in rental. Dining room table and chairs have seen better days, scuffs, stains, and marks. Fantastic new clothes dryer and washer in garage! New K cup coffee maker. Vacasa didn’t respond to one minor maintenance call after hours and a weekend, but responded to all the others, they are very polite. Be sure to visit the Fish House in Juno for at least one meal, a local favorite. We visited from Virginia and enjoyed the Sea Turtle festival. We are in our 50s and 60s in age.

A/C had an issue - the thermostat said call for service - Struggled to keep up and house was uncomfortably warm in August in Florida. First Night we could barely sleep. We called the host multiple times, and kept being told that the owner of the property (different from the managing host) wanted to handle this through their AC guy and nothing they could do. They said we had the AC set wrong to auto which wasn't true (we had photos). The thermostat clearly showed it had an issue, and the air blowing out of the vents was just slightly cooler than outside. We kept lowering the temp setting on the thermostat but it took days and a bunch of rain to cool down the house. Nothing was done about this to attempt to rectify the situation. Our 5 years old son kept asking to go back home at bedtime and saying he can't sleep because it's so hot. If it weren't for that, I would rate this place 5 stars. If you're considering this property, make sure it's not in the summer. The property is nicely furnished and well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, lots of towels provided, as well as anything you would need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, even 2 bicycles). There's a washer and dryer and they include complimentary detergent.The bathrooms are small but perfect for a vacation, and having 2 bathrooms is always nice. Location is great, it's a very short walk to a semi private beach with a shower. Close to multiple grocery stores, close to the pier, and to a fair amount of restaurants.

We enjoyed our time at seaside splendor. Pros: The home is clean and well taken care of. Public beach access was right across the road. Also easy access to the main road. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice size kitchen table. Nice size bedrooms with lots of closet space. Note: the coffee maker is a Keurig even though management says otherwise. It was really convenient having a washer and dryer (they are in the garage - but only 2 pods are provided so bring more if needed). Beach chairs and beach towels provided was a plus. Cons: The garage stunk bad with a strange odor so we didn't park in there. The backyard is cute but the furniture is tired and the cushions were always wet due to the neighbors sprinkler system. We took the cushions in one night but they didn't dry well and also noticed a lot of mold on them. So it was disappointing not being able to enjoy sitting outdoors w/ a cup of coffee in the morning or with a drink in the evening (other than the front of the house but only 2 chairs available and its noisier). Other than the outdoor area, I would recommend this property

Suggested Experience Improvements

We really liked the house itself. We were happy with the location, coziness and proximity. This was my first experience w/Vacasa. Improvements to experience would include:1)Quality paper products. All of my previous VRBO units used qualty products. Cheap flimsy toilet paper/ paper towels. Had to use twice as much to accomplish same tasks thus negating any cost saving for property owner/manager. 2)Handsoaps visibly watered down and would not lather and ingredients were visibly separated in the container. 3)No plastic dinnerware avail. for children to avoid accidental breakage.4)The oversized air conditioner unit was ineffective at regulating whole house temperature. The missing ceiling fans further exacerbated lack of airflow. We purchased standing fans to get air moving and whole house cool. 5)Master bath sliding glass shower door was very hard to close w/o fearing we would break the glass, so were unable to completely shut the door to shower. Hardware at top of doors were blocking each other from closing and track is extremely clogged with buildup, compounding problem. 6)Master bedroom door striker would not latch and we were unable to securely shut and lock door. 7)Garage had an odor of death/decay of organic matter. 8)Couch was low to ground and when sitting down on it, the side framing would hurt your hip. (New sofa?)9)Silverware and cutlery could be rearranged to correspond with the task at hand. (Silverware near dishware, cooking utensils near stove)
