3 story new townhouse in central Seattle overlooking a gated yard. Furnished common spaces with lots of light and a rooftop oasis looking out over downtown and Mt. Rainier. High-speed gigabit internet to work remotely and 10 min drive to Pike Place downtown.

As of December 2021, there is construction happening nearby, so you may hear additional noise during the day.
The space
The first floor has a bedroom with queen bed, a smaller bedroom that can be used with an air mattress, and a shared bathroom. On the second floor is the kitchen and living room with 60" TV, Apple TV, well-equipped kitchen and espresso machine. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking downtown. On the third floor is the master bedroom and bathroom with a desk and office chair and finally the rooftop area on the fourth floor.
Guest access
There's plenty of unzoned (free) street parking on the nearby blocks. Multiple bus lines are also within a block of the house on Rainier Ave S or 23rd Ave S. There's several nearby parks and the mountains to sound greenway bike trail a block away.
Other things to note
This is my house where I live part of the year, so please be respectful of my personal belongings stored in some of the closets. As of December 2021, there is construction happening nearby, so you may hear additional noise during the days.
