We are a family of four who stayed here for a dance competition at Carolina Theatre. It was an awesome location, just minutes from the venue and downtown restaurants, but also in the middle of a really cute residential area. Great communication with the host, who was quick to answer all questions. There was also really convenient parking in the back of the townhouse, which is great in a location so close to a downtown area. A prior reviewer mentioned ants, and we experienced that as well, but it looked like the host was trying to take care of the issue with some ant traps out. Overall, absolutely no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again if our competition schedule brings us back to Greensboro.

First of all Kyle has awesome communication and this property was perfect for our stay. There are two numbered parking spaces behind the building for your personalized convenience. The neighborhood is so quiet, and located in a cul-de-sac environment. I could see the neighboring unit had occupants, but I never saw or more importantly never heard them. The neighborhood is completely residential, and felt so safe the entire time. Everything is as advertised, and the rooftop access was an amazing way to start off the day just taking in the view and fresh air. I would book this amazing space again if and when I come back to Greensboro if it’s available. Don’t hesitate in booking this unit, you absolutely get what you paid for with this rental. Thanks again Kyle for making our short trip to attend our son’s graduation from college so worry free!Oh and shopping and restaurants are a quick few minutes away-we ate at Dear Dad’s Restaurant for my Mother’s Day breakfast which is only 1/2 a mile away and it was fantastic.
