Perfect Stay

The house was clean and neat. They are currently putting a pool in to make future stays even more relaxing! The construction was no bother at all, we spent most of our time at the beach anyways. Cant wait to stay here again and enjoy the pool on the next go around.

Very clean, nicely decorated property that survived the hurricane

Well built concrete establishment that survived the hurricane! Nice sized well decorated and stocked with almost everything you could need. You will not run out of towels and toiletries, with a little bit of extras in case you may have forgotten a basic necessity. The pool was an added bonus, but with a newer pump the key pad was a little difficult to use. We arrived 2 hours before our 4pm check in. The host was finishing up cleaning and allowed us to enter early and sit out back till they were done. We were then informed we needed to be out by 10am as other quests were arriving on our departure day. This even though our contract said 11am. The rest is either a VRBO problem, a host problem or both. This property is shown on the VRBO map in a different location. A couple streets closer and directly across Estero Bld. We booked this property due to the location and agreed to a higher price than our other options. Upon booking the confirmation email also shows the property at the same listed location. However once you hit view larger map the location changes. I went back and forth with the host about the confusion and they acted as if they had no clue about the discrepancy. I contacted VRBO where the agent I spoke to confirmed a property owner can advertise an approximate location with their listing and this property owner does just that. This is a poor business practice on both! Beware when you book!!
