Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please text the owner at 239-462-8171, thirty minutes prior to vacating.
Empty the refrigerator at exit, do not clean the refrigerator doors, stove top or oven, the cleaning lady will do this. All windows and doors are to be locked on exit and all lights are turned off.
All trash is to be bagged up and put in the garbage bins downstairs under the home. The garbage bins get taken to the curb on Wednesday nights for Thursday pick-up
