We loved the house and the beautiful view - and because we were curious about some of the roads we could see from the deck, we discovered DH Lawrence's ranch just a few miles from us. We loved the tour with all its history, and the tour guide told us about the Rio Grande Del Norte National Monument, just a few miles out of Cerro. We checked that out on the way home - gorgeous and pristine. Taos is only a short drive away and we spent time there too. Robban was friendly and helpful. Wonderful trip!

Overall, great place to stay! Great location with a short drive into Taos, but a very quiet area near the house. Beautiful views from the front porch as well. Property has everything you would need from kitchen supplies to books, games, and a TV with streaming log in options. Our main complaint was the overall cleanliness was not 5 stars, but it wasn’t so dirty that I would discourage someone from staying. Also some of the window coverings were broken and no working lock on the bathroom door, so we had to improvise a bit to improve privacy. Overall worth the price for the location, amenities, comfortable bed, etc. No huge red flags..,just some areas that could be improved.

Clean, quiet, perfectly situated for exploring northern New Mexico. Exactly as pictured and advertised. Host was communicative and helpful. Great sun in the house, views of the mountains. Close to everything.

Excellent house, location, and hospitality

The house was super cute, just like the pictures. We loved the adobe architecture, the decor, and how much natural light the house has. The setting is nice and fairly private, with lots of outdoor space to walk around. The host really went above and beyond. We would definitely stay again!

Girls Getaway

What an amazing house! So unique and fitting for us four girls, we did skiing, we did hiking, hot springs, city and not city. Fantastic! Host was very helpful too, thank you for an amazing week!

Great Stay in San Cristobal!

Stayed at the Sweet and Sunny home over spring break 2024. House was nice! Nice kitchen, dining area, den, 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms. There are also a cute reading nook and a small w/d! We spent the days at Taos Ski Valley ( about 30 min away) and the evenings watching the stars in the hot tub. Owners were communicative and nice! Would stay again!

Lovely, convenient location, extremely quiet.

It is a great place. The clother dryer was recently broken but the hosts were very accomodating.The only concern for us geezers was getting into and out of the showers. It was a large step into and out of, and a shower chair would have very handy.

Words cannot describe how adorable this home was. It was decorated tastefully and had a great floor plan. Everyone in our family felt like they had their own space. I would definitely return. Thank you for the relaxing stay.

Beautiful Southwestern Escape

This house may be my all-time favorite vacation rental. Everything is exactly as pictured- beautiful, sunny, and serene. In addition to providing the perfect home, the host has thoughtfully appointed the kitchen with condiments, seasonings, and other kitchen staples that aren't often provided. The bathrooms are also stocked with backup basics for guests who may have left something behind. The host provided numerous local recommendations in the guest binder and was very responsive- which was extra appreciated when we inadvertently locked purselves out, lol. **Get the directions from the host! GPS takes you to where the rear of the property meets the road, but you need to keep going around the 90 degree turn in the road to where the house number is posted on a tree at the end of the driveway.**
