The condo is surrounded by well-kept landscape and a river that flows throughout. The community boasts a 600 ft. lazy river pool where you can meet with your friends and enjoy hours of relaxation and great Florida weather.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Enjoy the lakeview, a walk-in closet and beautiful bath with dual sink, large walk-in shower, separate toilet.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and closet. Additionally, a flat screen has been added for your comfort. Second full bath has a tub/shower combo, a separate toilet.
The lanai has an amazing lake and water fountain view, comfortable chairs with ottomans to put your feet up. We have added an electric grill and prep table; as well as a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The living room has two sofas where you can sit and enjoy a good movie or just take a nap on the pull-out sofa after a full day at the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has an eating area with 4 seats, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, expresso, stove and an Instapot (for those who want a quick meal).
The Laundry room has a utility sink and great storage.

Falling Waters Beach Resort not only includes a beautiful lazy river pool but also has tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, a second pool & more.

The condo is located close to Marco Island and the beautiful beach, it is walking distance to shopping and dining options and even a gym!
