This condo has been stocked with every possible amenity a vacationer would need, and then some! THIS UNIT IS PET FREE. 30 Day minimum rentals only.

Falling Waters is an amenity rich community with a lazy river, over-sized lap pool, library, clubhouse with dance floor, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and bocce ball. Also conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Naples and Marco Island.

We fell in love with this condo and purchased it 4 years ago. We enjoy every minute when we have the opportunity to use it. Great care was taken to make sure it has everything a holiday home should have.

Falling Waters is a very friendly and safe community in Naples. It is a well established community. The community is well known for its infamous lazy river. It’s a great meeting place to make new friends or to just relax and float your cares away. It has a great reputation. Many international travellers love to vacation here even in the summer months.
