Beautiful, spacious and sunny (southern exposition lanai), 2nd floor (cathedral roof). View on a beautiful landscape with lake and illuminated volcano in evening. Localised to Falling Water Beach Resort, one of the most beautiful sites in Naples, in a peaceful environment including all amenities around Collier and Tamiami Boulevard (grocery stores, restaurants and shopping).

Living area of 1 351 square feets, plus a very large lanai equipped with a BBQ GRILL and sink. Living room with NEW RECLINING GRAY LEATHER SOFA (bought in 2019). King bed (and a walk-in) in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, 2 TV, internet and air conditioning. The kitchen includes everything you need including a slow cooker. For the beach or the pool: 2 coolers, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 inflatable pool chairs, water noodles and beach towels. Accommodation includes everything you need for your stay.

This gated community include 600’ lazy river pool, a traditional pool, a club house, a tennis court and a shuffleboard court.

You will find beautiful beaches on Marco Island and in downtown Naples (Naples Pier) as well as several good restaurants.

Great location

Falling Waters is a wonderful and friendly community! We enjoyed our month there. The lazy river is definitely a great place to hang out. The lanai in the unit was a perfect spot to eat and play cards! The condo itself could use a bit of updating but overall it was a good place to relax!

Very nice and quiet condo w/ great pool

The condo is really nice. Clean and in great condition. The pool is terrific. Awesome lazy river! Very tropical surroundings. Short drive to Marco Island and downtown Naples. The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating. We would stay here again, for sure!

The condo was perfect for me in every way . The location was so close to the stores I needed CVS Publix etc. plus the sights of Naples and Marco Island. It is so relaxing listening to the the water fall outside directing across from the condo. ...and the condo was beautifully decorated and clean and spacious.

Wonderful stay in Naples

The condo was just what we were looking for. It was very clean, cozy and had everything that we needed. The location is very close to the beach, shopping and great dining spots. Had a wonderful time, enjoyed the condo and hated to leave. Pierre was a great host who assisted us with any questions that we had and we very comfortable communicating with him and he put us at ease. I would stay here again and highly recommend the property.

Falling Waters Beach Resort!

Pierre and Guylaine’s place was beautiful. Equipped with everything you need! We loved the large lanai with a wonderful view of a pond with a waterfall! We walked and rode bikes almost everyday along the path in front of the complex. Beaches both Marco and Vanderbilt were a close drive away. Shopping and many restaurants were right across the street! Best location ever. Highly recommend!

The condo was just as advertised. Great base location to enjoy the many things Naples and Marco Island have to offer. Quiet location with comfortable furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. Large lanai overlooking pond and fountain.

Falling Waters- Everything and more!

From making the on-line reservation, to communicating with the owner, to the condo and the surrounding grounds, everything was as advertised and more. It's a spacious unit with all the amenities (TV had some technical challenges- that's the only reason I didn't rate 5/5 stars). The outside lanai was relaxing and provided a Jenair grill that we used for a few meals. There is a one-car secured garage that is available for your vehicle. The landscaping was perfect throughout the complex. Finally, the main attraction is the "Lazy River" pool and clubhouse. This was like a first-class resort recreation area (two tennis courts available). Overall, we look forward to returning in the future. Thank You!

Magnificent Condo with great view.

We stayed at this condo for Jan and Feb of 2017. It was great. Large rooms with an over sized lanai. High ceilings, bright decor and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook including a grill on the lanai. On top of that the owner was very welcoming and easy to work with.
