Dishonest Property Management

I rented this for my 85yr old friend who could not stay here as there was no disclosure of all the stairs into the building or the stairs leading down to the condo which she could not do. There was trash around the outside of the building, the door into the building has glass broken out of it with a snow shovel (in September) holding the door open. The proper management is snotty & rude and would not refund the purchase price after it was conveyed that my friend could not & did not stay there even one night nor entered the condo. This is dishonesty at the highest level that one could encounter and I cannot recommend anyone staying here.

No no no no…

The unit itself was as described except for some maintenance (smoke detectors without working batteries, crack in the microwave door, missing sheets for pull out sofa bed) and cleanliness (wrappers/trash behind/under furniture). The building that the unit was in was NOT ACCEPTABLE. Deteriorating front steps, broken front door with a panel missing, REALLY dirty hallways and staircase. We would have felt quite uncomfortable using the building’s washer and dryer. The neighborhood was okay and the location was ideal for our event. The management company did make it right in the end.

Great place

Stayed there for two nights. The place is conveniently located, pristine clean, comfy and cozy. I was able to communicate with the owners very easily - very prompt responses. I would definitely stay there again.
