Located inside the gated Veranda Palms Resort just minutes from Disney, Universal, and Orlando’s top attractions, the home comfortably sleeps up to 39 guests. Every bedroom includes its own private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort, privacy, and convenience for large groups.

BEDROOMS AND THEMES
The main level features five themed suites, including The Mandalorian with a king bed and desert-inspired design, Squid Game with six twin beds and immersive challenge-style décor, Game of Thrones with a regal Red Keep aesthetic and king bed, Buffy the Vampire Slayer with gothic accents and stained-glass details, and Rick and Morty with a king bed and LED interdimensional design.

The second level includes ten additional themed suites. These include Mickey Mouse Clubhouse with a twin-over-king bunk and slide, Ugly Betty Hermès Edition with a king bed and fashion-inspired décor, Cocomelon with a full bed and twin trundle for younger guests, Naruto with a king bed and Japanese floor-style layout, Stranger Things with a king bed and 80s-inspired glow accents, Breaking Bad with a king bed and bold RV lab theme, SpongeBob SquarePants with a full-over-full bunk bed, Teen Titans Go with a king bed and neon workstation, Peppa Pig with a twin-over-king bunk and slide, and The Simpsons with a king bed and custom cartoon décor.

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS
The home features fifteen fully themed bedroom suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom, plus two additional half baths. Guests enjoy a private pirate-ship-style movie theater with seating for 24 and full air conditioning, a Central Perk-inspired living room with karaoke stage and dual 85-inch Smart TVs, a loft with five illusion-style selfie stations, a game room with arcade games, pinball, and billiards, and a fully stocked kitchen with two refrigerators, two freezers, and two dishwashers. Dual washers and dryers are also provided.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The backyard offers a private lakeside pool and spa within a screened enclosure, four sun loungers, patio dining for twelve, an outdoor sectional with propane fire pit, a 120-inch outdoor movie screen, and a children’s splash zone with kid loungers. A propane grill is available for use with applicable fees.

PARKING
Driveway parking is available for up to seven vehicles. Additional overflow parking may be available near the clubhouse. Street or grass parking is not permitted, and towing is strictly enforced by the HOA.

PACKAGE DELIVERIES
UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliver directly to the home. USPS does not deliver to vacation properties. Amazon lockers are located less than one mile away for added convenience.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Professionally prepared linens are provided, and all beds are made prior to arrival. Each paid guest receives one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. A starter supply is included, consisting of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, two extra trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower, and hand soap at each sink. These are starter supplies only, and guests should plan to purchase additional items for longer stays.

HOUSEKEEPING
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

FOOD POLICY
Florida law prohibits open food being left in refrigerators or cabinets between stays. All food items will be removed at checkout. Condiments, spices, and coffee are not provided.

POOL HEATER
Pool and spa heating are available for an additional $40/night fee with a three-night minimum and must be added for the entire stay. No refunds are issued for heater performance during cold weather.

GRILL USE
A gas grill is available. One propane tank is provided and may be empty upon arrival. Guests may refill or exchange the tank locally if needed. Charcoal grills are not permitted.

TRASH DISPOSAL
All trash must be bagged and placed in the bins at the front of the home. A resort dumpster is available for overflow or daily disposal. Unbagged or overflowing trash may result in fines.
