Cozy large Ski Chalet (2700 plus sq ft) has 4 full bedrooms and 2 additional twin bed bunk lofts and 2.5 bathrooms. Perfect for families and friends!
Ideal location on Blueberry Hill with a 2 min drive to the village and ski lifts, sleeps 12 comfortably, great living area for entertaining and a large group. Newly remodeled kitchen to cook for your family and friends while looking at spectacular views of Blackcomb & Whistler Mountain. 3502 Falcon Crescent within Falcon Ridge complex located off Blueberry Hill, minutes away from the Village

This property was rented long term the last few years and now back on the market to accomodate short term rentals for your friends and family. We welcome you to enjoy our home and create long lasting memories. Please feel free to read the reviews!

Shuttle Bus to the Village and Ski lifts every 15 min at the corner of property

Bedrooms Layout:
Upstairs Master Bedroom Suite w/ Queen bed and master bathroom with tub. (Also a loft right outside of master bedroom, perfect for small children)
Main floor is living area with half bath, kitchen, dining room, living room w/ wood burning fireplace and outdoor patio with spectacular view of Blackcomb Mountain. Also 2-car garage and boot room on main floor.
Down stairs has 3 bedrooms and an open loft with twin bunk beds
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has either 2 twin beds or can be made into a king. Bedroom #3 with staked bunk beds, (full bed on bottom & twin on top) Loft (Bedroom 4) is open with 2 twin bunk beds. 1 full bathroom downstairs as well. The home sleeps 10 adults very comfortably and more if children. You will find this property to be very spacious and roomy. 3 floors allows for everyone to have their space and privacy. Excellent location and spectacular views of the mountains.

The communication with the host was top notch especially when we encountered a water issue. We could have better information regarding the use of the BC Transit bus services which has a stop 50m from driveway entrance. The floorboards are a little creaky especially if people are walking around the main living area and someone is sleeping downstairs. Very happy with accom.

Comfortable - but not impressive at all. For 2k/night I was disappointed. Nothing specifically wrong just lots of deferred maintenance and everything felt very very outdated. The local team who manages the home were wonderful and very responsive.

The host had great communication and was very accommodating. The place had room for 3 families of 4…3 rooms for the adults and 3 bunk areas for the kids (only one was an actual room, the others were in open spaces with curtains for privacy). It was close enough to the hill but you had to drive. Parking was a bit annoying with a 3rd vehicle as all guest spots were full our first night. It felt a bit expensive considering there wasn’t a hot tub or any other facilities/not ski in ski out, but that is to be expected these days in Whistler. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay.

A perfect Whistler getaway! Cannot beat the location (stunning Mountain View’s, very convenient access to the village and slopes via the shuttle which is right outside the community’s driveway). It was very spacious with lots of options for sleeping. And the host communication was prompt and helpful. Flexible wherever they could be, too (eg with checkout time)! A few other delightful parts of the cabin:- dura flame logs for every day to light the fireplace- very sharp kitchen knives- well stocked with spices, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc- plenty of towels- hot water that lasts through everyone showering!- temperature controls throughout the house Thank you for having us - highly recommend !

Welcoming and Convenient for a big stay

Kim was a great host! We came up with 10 friends to enjoy whistler. The place beautifully furnished for a cozy stay. Everybody had their own bed. We were minutes from the village.Kim's communication was seamless as I couldn't be there to open the house and just forwarded on the instructions to my friends and they got checked in and settled, as I was arriving later.I would definitely go up and stay here again.

Winter skiing

We stayed here for 3 nights to ski at whistler. The garage was large enough to fit 2 large cars comfortably, with a parking pass for the third car to park in a visitor spot. It was extremely convenient to have a bus stop around the corner to get to and from the mountain. Checking in and checking out was painless.overall,it was a great vacation!

Amazing House for Snowboarding/Skiing

What a great place! We stayed as a group of 11 adults and everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. The bus line to the village was super convenient but we found it even easier just to drive as it was only about 5 minutes away. Host was SUPER easy to communicate with and helped us out with any/all of our questions and needs. 10/10, will stay here again.
