SUMMARY

Alpine Greens #21 is a spacious and bright 3 bedroom plus den townhome overlooking the 1st fairway of the legendary Chateau Whistler Golf and across the street from The Four Seasons Resort. This beautifully appointed 1,650 sq. ft home features large log detailing, a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. This complex is not fully ski-in / ski-out, however is an easy walk in snowboard boots to the base of Blackcomb mountain and new high-speed gondola (850m walk), or catch the free shuttle which is just a short ride the Village and gondolas. Located on the Chateau Whistler Golf Course which is a cross country ski route in the winter.

The main floor features an open floor-plan which is perfect for family gatherings and entertainment. The gourmet, fully equipped kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances and a spacious breakfast bar. This opens up into the 8-seater dining room and a living room which has comfortable sofas that surround the wood-burning rock fireplace, and updated 50-inch flat screen TV. Off the living room you have a balcony where you can enjoy a view of the golf course while BBQ'ing. Equipped with a portable window AC unit with a window vent, during the summer in the main dining area only.

BEDROOMS

On the top floor your master retreat awaits you, offering a king bed, private balcony and a renovated en-suite bathroom including a stand-up shower along with a soaker tub and heated flooring. You also have the private enclosed den on this floor which features a double bed. Please note the den does not offer a window. On the main floor, you have two additional bedrooms and a renovated full bathroom with heated floors.

The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.

Kitchen fully stocked, beautiful baths, very nicely furnished. Very convenient to ski lifts, gondolas & Blackcomb & Whistler Villages. Nice foyer for skiwear/boots/helmets. Clean & cheery. Will stay here again.

Quiet Whistler Get Away

The location is a short walk to both the Upper Village and Main Whistler Village. The upgrades are very nice and is well appointed to make this a great get away whether you are on the slopes or enjoying the view. Will stay again!

Nice unit, close to #5 shuttle bus or walk to Blackcomb Base in 10 minutes. Spacious, nice layout. My only comment is “get rid of the shag rug in the living room. It is full of white dog hair & even the vacuum cleaner couldn’t handle the shag rug!”

Great Stay for Race Weekend

Stayed the weekend here with our kids for the Whistler off-road triathlon. Great location for this. Brought our bikes—quick ride to the village. Very clean and well stocked. Good layout. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Reservation process, check-in, and check-out were all great. Thanks!

Nice place

Since this place is directly on the walking trails it is easy to get to the blackcomb gondola and the city center by walking. Heated tile floors are awesome. Layout is good for groups.

We enjoyed our week at Alpine Greens. It had everything we needed, including logs for the fire. The living space and kitchen is much larger and more spacious than many of the other places we've stayed in Whistler in the past. Aloha Whistler was excellent about communication.

IN THIS DAY AND AGE OF GLOBAL WARMING I WAS APPALLED TO FIND OUT THAT THIS UNIT HAD NO AIR CONDITIONING WHEN THE WEBSITE SAYS IT IS A LUXURY UNIT RECENTLY UPDATED?? THE WEB SITE DOES NOT SAY IT HAS IT OR DOES NOT HAVE IT! NOT ACCEPTABLE! SO WE WERE STUCK WITH IT FOR 4 DAYS OF 35 PLUS CENTIGRADE TEMPERATUERES ( 100 f)

Great Location

We had a great trip. Location is well maintained with everything you need, including beautiful views over the golf course and a short walk to Blackcomb and Lost Lake trails. Worth noting is there are a LOT of stairs to get up to the unit - not ideal for unloading and loading the car. We had trouble getting the heat going in the main room the first night but the property management company was very helpful, sending space heaters to tide us over until the electrician was able to come the next day.

Excellent Unit

We have stayed at many properties in Whistler and this was definitely one of the best. Clean, excellent beds, high ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, excellent view of the golf course, and close to Blackcomb base. We were very pleased.

The place has everything you need, the unit is perfectly located having the lost lake as your backyard. We walked around 10 Km each day through different trails. Walking minutes from Whistler Village.

We had a wonderful time staying here!

The proximity to Lost Lake, the village, valley trails and museums were amazing! We did lots of hikes and swam almost everyday at Lost Lake. We even got to see the toads migrating! Everything was clean and ready to go in the townhouse! Fabulous location and an all around wonderful week at Whistler! Especially loved the BBQ and huge soaker tub!

We enjoyed the easy access to the hiking and cycling trails and the dog beach on Lost Lake. Inside the unit was great for a group of 7, but the only outside space was a tiny balcony for 2.
