Sleeping arrangements
Painted Cliff 35 offers three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two levels. The upper level holds the primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, step-out balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, the secondary bedroom has a king split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins, with access to a full bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom also offers a king split bed, along with a closet, dresser, and a TV with cable.
Outdoor living
Large picture windows fill the living spaces with natural light and frame scenic views of the surrounding peaks. A private deck extends off the main level, furnished with a BBQ and seating, the perfect spot to enjoy the mountain backdrop. Guests also have access to a shared hot tub within the complex for a relaxing soak after a day on the trails.
Kitchen & dining
The open-concept main level includes a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a dining table that seats six guests comfortably. Prepare meals with ease, share them together, and then settle into the living room, where a presto log fireplace and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming space for conversation or movie nights.
Ski access
When weather permits, ski-in/ski-out access is only a short walk from the door. A 30-second stroll along the complex driveway leads you to Merlin's Run, a Green Line trail offering a simple connection to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, with snow levels confirmable in advance through the Guest Services team.
Amenities and conveniences
The home includes high-speed wifi, a designated mudroom entrance with bench and gear storage, and in-suite laundry with detergent provided. Secure underground parking is available for one vehicle, with limited additional guest parking on a first come, first serve basis. Bike storage is also available in the underground garage, and guests should bring their own lock. For added comfort, you will find essentials such as towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and extra pillows and blankets. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Self check-in is available with a keypad entry for a smooth arrival.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
