The Space:
Snow settles quietly across the trees as mountain air drifts through the valley, and evenings invite you indoors to warmth, firelight, and stillness. From wide windows, winter light frames the surrounding peaks, while the rhythm of the day shifts naturally between time outdoors and slow, restorative moments inside. After returning from the slopes or village, you have space to unwind, dry your gear, and let the pace soften.
The townhome is arranged across two levels, offering a comfortable balance of shared gathering areas and private retreats. The living room centers around an indoor fireplace, with generous windows that draw the alpine landscape indoors. Seating is arranged for conversation, reading, or relaxed evenings, and the open layout keeps the space connected to the kitchen and dining area.
Sleeping arrangements
Painted Cliff 35 accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, step-out balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, a second bedroom includes a king split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twins, with access to a full bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower. The third bedroom also offers a king split bed, along with closet space and a TV.
Kitchen and dining
The open-concept kitchen is designed for easy, unhurried meals between adventures. With full kitchen amenities and a dining table that seats six, you can cook together, linger over breakfast before heading out, or gather for dinner after a long day in the snow. The flow between kitchen, dining, and living spaces keeps everyone connected.
Outdoor living and shared amenities
A private patio or balcony extends from the main living area, offering fresh mountain air and views of the surrounding landscape. Guests also have access to a shared hot tub within the complex - a welcome way to ease tired muscles after a day outside. During ski season, ski-in/ski-out access is available seasonally from December through March, with a short walk connecting you to Merlin’s Run and onward to the Blackcomb lifts.
Amenities and conveniences
The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, and a private entrance. Underground parking is available, along with free street parking when available. A mudroom-style entry provides space for outerwear and gear, and self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and home safety features are provided for comfort and peace of mind.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• 2-minute walk to the Free Upper Village Shuttle #5 - exit the Painted Cliff complex, cross the road, and the shuttle stop is on your right-hand side, bringing you to both mountain bases and Whistler Village
Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
