The Space:
Fresh alpine air greets you as soon as you arrive, with snow settling softly on the forested slopes around Painted Cliff. Mornings feel calm and crisp, and after time on the mountain you can settle into the warm glow of the indoor fireplace or step onto the private deck to watch the winter light fade behind the peaks. The setting feels quiet and close to nature, with skiing moments from your door when seasonal ski-in/ski-out access is available from late December through March.
Sleeping arrangements
Set across two levels, the townhome offers three bedrooms and space for up to six guests. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a step-out balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. Two additional bedrooms sit on the main level. One includes a king split bed that can be arranged as a king or two twins with convenient access to a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The third bedroom also has a king split bed, along with its own closet, dresser, and a TV with cable. Extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, and other essentials are provided, as well as a safe and in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
Outdoor living
Large picture windows frame the surrounding mountain scenery, bringing natural light into the main living space. The private deck on the main level includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ, giving you a chance to take in the snowy trees and quiet winter landscape. A shared hot tub within the complex offers a relaxing place to soak after a day on the trails.
Kitchen and dining
The open-concept main level includes a kitchen equipped for preparing meals, along with a dining table that seats six. After cooking, you can unwind in the adjoining living room, where the presto log fireplace and comfortable seating create a welcoming spot to warm up or settle in with a movie. The space also includes WiFi and a dedicated workspace if you need a place to focus.
Ski access
When conditions allow, a short walk along the complex driveway leads you to Merlin's Run, connecting you to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. With ski access typically available from late December through March, you can spend more time on the slopes and less time in transit.
Neighborhood
Painted Cliff sits within the forested Benchlands neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere close to Whistler's winter activities. You are minutes from the energy of Whistler Village while still surrounded by trees, mountain views, and easy access to the lifts.
Amenities and conveniences
The home includes bathroom essentials, heating, portable fans, clothing storage, hangers, and home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Guests have access to a private entrance, one parking space in the underground garage, free street parking, and bike storage in the garage. Luggage dropoff, long term stays, and self check-in with a keypad are all available to make your arrival smooth and flexible.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
