Welcome to our bohemian and serene modern home! Our beautifully renovated and modern 4-bedroom home in a quiet and serene Riverside neighborhood is now ready for booking! It is only a 10-minute drive from downtown Riverside and central to everything Riverside has to offer! This is a very spacious 4 bedroom/2 bath home with a driveway to fit 3-4 vehicles along with amenities such as pool a BBQ gazebo and pool table.

** PLEASE NOTE: THE HOT TUB IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITIONS. WE THANK YOU AND APPRECIATE YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet, Nest Thermostat and keyless entry. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. This home was recently remodeled.

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. External cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any unruly events and parties.

The driveway has enough parking to fit 3 vehicles. Please do not block the sidewalk as it will be cited by law enforcement.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Oasis

Love the arra me and my family felt safe great neighborhood and wasn’t that far from family we was visiting. The house gave everyone their own bedroom very spacious property with two sitting areas in the main house and a separate area from main house which gives more privacy my brother wish it was a mini refrigerator in that private area he had short walk outside to the main house for refrigerator and bathroom but he did love that private area. Will definitely book this property again!!!

The house was very clean. I did not like that there was no lamps in any of the bedrooms and the nightstands were so small. You only had bright lights in the bedrooms. Also the curtains were terrible. They were so thin and didn’t match. All the furniture was very dated. Also the little pool table which looked bigger in the picture was missing equipment. The pool balls didn’t even match. Also leaving from the area was difficult a lot of traffic getting out of the house area. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again

The host was not reachable. I could not change the length of my stay beforehand without calling VRBO twice to get them to contact him. Then one of the advertised rooms was locked and not accessible, and of course he never responded to our message about how to access it. The bed in one of the rooms was a non-standard day bed that was too short and the room smelled of water damage.
