RVA features The Beach Club at Anna Maria. Old Florida charm meets modern, designer-decorated decor at this private, un-crowded hideaway. Decorated using clean lines and fresh colors, all while remaining inviting and engaging, this resort includes all that is signature to Southwest Florida. Traveling with a large party? Many of the units at this resort include lockout rooms, so you can open up several units for comfortable vacationing while maintaining privacy and space. All units feature a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Plasma TV’s, wireless Internet access, private washer/dryer and pillow top mattresses. Located just steps from the unspoiled beaches, we invite you to open your windows and let the warm Gulf breezes and sounds of the waves lapping against the shore lull you to sleep. For luxurious accommodations on Anna Maria Island, the only choice is The Beach Club.



Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of The Beach Club at Anna Maria #3 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.



Accommodations: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, one-, two, and three-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums, including large Plasma TVs, full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining area and modern, yet beachy, decor.

For your convenience, an amenity "Starter Kit" is provided to assist you upon your arrival. This property was absolutely perfect in every way! It was easy to find, right across from the beach, and we had no issues while we were there. Everyone was extremely friendly! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Loved it, definatelycoming back here!

Loved the location, right near free trolley stop and beach across the street. Unobstructed view of water from rooftop terrace. Full kitchen, lots of towels,, hot tub was nice after a long day! Front desk were very friendly!

Very happy

Although the place could be updated some we had no complaints at all. The location was amazing. Check-in was easy and informative and everyone was very friendly. We had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend. There is nothing better than less than one minute walk to the beach.

Functional and priced right

Encountered AC not being functional. Property management was terrific in responding to ensure satisfaction. The property was functional. Exterior was attractive comfortable and safe. Units were nice and extremely clean. Best bet is to stay on the second floor to ensure quiet. Beach chairs available. Beach is across the street not a bad walk. Located in the less traffic congested part of the island and that's a good thing. A huge shout out to the property managers they are terrific.

The linens and towels were good quality, everything was nicely cleaned, some toiletries, tiny bottle of dish soap and dishwasher soap, and packets of coffee/stirrers were included as was a roll of paper towels. All of that was a first for us in a condo. Everything was in great working order. And everyone working there was so nice! Only thing I could say against was that some dishes were not completely clean in the cupboard and the location is on a curve so difficult to see cars coming. But we will definitely be back!

Close to everything (restaurants, shops). It has a roof deck to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. A trolley is available to take you anywhere on the island so you don't have to drive. Best of all---The Sunsets are amazing!!!
