Nice but needs some TLC

So check in was super easy. Lockbox with keys. The neighborhood is decent couple stores near by. There is a really nice bar about 3 minutes away. Subway is about a 10 minute walk. It could definitely use a good deep clean and a little maintenance. Cob webs in the bathroom, the downstairs bathroom needs some work, the back patio definitely needs to be cleaned up, the carpet should be shampooed, there are some loose posts on the banister. The left side of the loveseat is broken so when you lay back it tilts to one side. But with all that it has a lot of potential to be really nice.
