Sleeps 20 -- Two big, beautiful, adjacent houses. Very close to the beach. You can enjoy the Chesapeake Bay from all three floors. Three minute walk to the beach. Plenty of kitchen and gathering space for extended family or company team building offsite. These great properties afford space for groups as large as 20 plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the ocean breeze. Bring your beach stuff and anticipate the fun! Family beach vacation

We had a great vacation in Hampton! We stayed in both houses which worked well for our group of 15. One house was the 'quiet' house, good for sleeping babies, or a great place to escape for a bit. The houses are an easy walk to the beach. We were lucky enough to be there for a farmers market on Saturday mornings. The front porch was a nice gathering place as we were able to be outside yet out from the sun & heat. Be sure to visit the ice cream parlor around the corner. Very friendly service and it was delicious! Actually, everyone we met in Hampton was friendly & helpful. Lynn responded quickly with any problems or questions.
